Chapter 27 - The Reason

Amelia POV

I caught up with Levi and Alex. I shifted into the half wolf and half human form.

Alex looked at me.

"Guys I've gotta get back to Maximus before he kills someone. So I'm just gonna teleport there. I know Levi can get in just fine but Alex stay close to him. We're not marked yet so a lot of changes are about to happen. Levi would you mind telling him I'll be there in a second."

Levi wolf nodded. Alex wolf just looked at me the shifted into his half wolf and half human form.

"I wanna know my wolf thinks we have two mates. Why he wanted to be with someone who wasn't Levi. I don't understand any of this."

Tears were falling from his eyes and Levi walked over and rubbed his snont against Alex's hip.

"I promise I'll explain later but if I don't go now my mate really might kill someone. I just said I'd see him later and it's been two hour and we may not have mated but I know he's pissed but that he also worried."

"It's okay I get it. We'll meet you there."

"Okay I wish I knew how mom could make someone teleport to her but for now I can only teleport to someone. Just keep running and I'll see you when you get there. I've got to apologize for doing that."

"See you sis."

I nodded and thought of the room I woke up in. Within a second I was there. I looked around he wasn't there so I started looking around.

"Maximus?"

As I was walking around I shifted into my full human form. I tried to look around but couldn't see anything. Damn it why. I could see earlier. Something pulled at my pants leg.

"Luna!"

The voice was small so it was a child. A small girl the one from yesterday.

"Yes?"

"Alpha is mad and in his office."

I smiled at the child and patted her head.

"Thank you dearest."

"Your welcome Luna."

I left the girl with a small wavy and walked towards the office. I knocked on the door.

"Come in."

I opened the door and something rushed at me. It held on tight as though I was going to disappear into thin air. Thing was when he pulled away I could see again.

"Don't you dare do that to me again."

"Okay Maximus. I'm sorry I was just trying to help my family. Oh by the way Levi and Alex should be here in a minute."

"I know I told the pack border patrol that they would be here soon so to watch out."

"Okay, thank you."

Suddenly I felt something about the atmosphere around us changed. I looked him in the eyes. His eyes meet mine. A silence fell over us.

He spoke first breaking the thick silence.

"You know I was so pissed that you left. I thought about marking you as soon as you got back. But then you got here and I don't know what I would do if I lost you."

"Well I don't mind if you mark us as long as we get to mark you."

The look in his eyes told me he was ready. I smiled at him and leaned in close to him. Our lips connected and it was perfect. As though time had stopped around us. His hand slowly traveled from the small of my back to my ass. He gave it a nice little squeeze causing me to moan allowing his tongue to enter my mouth.
