3rd Person POV
The morning started with Sebastian finding the young man's bed empty after of course opening the door to get a few paint filled water balloons pelted at him. Neon colors aside he quickly cleaned himself and the room before setting off to find where his master had gotten off to.
He checked the most obvious places first. In the kitchen he found Bardroy frantically fanning out a fire which Sebastian quickly decided was none of his business and continued on his search. The small library was empty and he had really only checked there because of the rather large stack of books near his young master's bed. He said good morning to Finney as he checked through the garden thinking back to the small vase of white roses on Ciel's desk.
Finally he gave up and made his way to the private lounge. It was interesting seeing six people who worked so well together interacting. Madam Red and her butler Grell were near the window playing chess. Young master Alois was sprawled across the couch with his feet in Claude's lap as they played some fighting game. Mei-Rin was braiding young mistress Elizabeth's hair while the girl did some homework, at least that's what he figured with the large chemistry text on the table in front of her.
"Can anyone tell me where young master Ciel is?" He asked and all eyes were suddenly on him. The game on the television paused. Elizabeth marked a page in her book. Angelina looked up from her game.
Suddenly the three were on him. The two blondes circling around him seeming to be checking him over for something while the woman stood with her arms crossed in front of him. He jumped slightly when the two teenagers lifted his arms to check over them too and held his breath when the young mistress stood on her tiptoes to look right into his eyes.
"He's bathed very recently," the boy commented standing beside his adoptive parent, "What could Ciel have done to warrant an extra bath?"
Elizabeth reached up swiping her finger under his jaw before she turned around holding the tinted green digit up, "He paint ballooned him, my guess is a spring trap or a self made catapult".
"Reasoning?" Red questioned the girl.
The girl rolled her eyes wiping her finger on a tissue, "He's never been one to stick around, every servant he's had walks into traps, and he's been waking up fairly early recently so he wouldn't waist valuable time for this".
"When I woke up Ciel was in the extra kitchen, making sweats for the party is what he told me," Alois replied, "I think he was almost done though so he probably won't still be there..."
Madam snapped her fingers, "Has anyone checked the roof?"
Sebastian's eyes widened in surprise, "The roof? Why would he be there?"
The three of them blinked at him like he were an idiot before the scarlet haired woman spoke again, "when you find him ask if he'll come play a game of chess with me, Grell's a treat, but he almost always lets me win".
