*1 week before Prom*

A/N: Katie had Chris in the beginning of April, then last chapter was middle of April, now it is the beginning of May. Last day of school for them and graduation is June 4th

Hazel's POV
"Annabeth!!" Well, we're currently in the process of fitting girls for their prom dress and making sure everyone gets the best prom-posal ever!!
"Yeah H?" I was in a position where it was hard to speak, so I nodded to another roll of the same ribbon I was using, then back over to me. I was helping Delilah Mack, a fellow demigod badass, who got an amazing prom-posal from her boyfriend, Lincoln. Her dress is grass green with lace designs on the top and a movable, flowy bottom. I started cutting into it and adding gold ribbon to the back to make it look more custom. Annabeth added a thin gold belt, and we sent her to the dressing room (bathroom 😂) to get changed and give us back the dress to officialize it.
"Next," Thalia called beside the front of the line. "Name," she said the they shy girl in front of us.
"Emmy Jones," she said. Her hazel eyes flickered to me, and I calmly waved her over and asked her where her dress was. She was confused, so I asked her if she bought one yet. She told me no, she couldn't afford one. Then, Annabeth, Piper and I were confused. Emmy started to cry. (Sorry I'm portraying her as poorish and shy, but I got no physical description so I'm wingin' it. Also I made her older, as she is a senior in high school.) It was silent, but there. So Thalia and I stayed here and Annabeth and Piper left with Emmy.

Emmy Jones' POV
"Emmy, it's ok," a girl named Annabeth told me. She was popular, and I didn't know what she was doing. The other girl, Piper, directed me to the curb, where the three of us caught the quickest cab to their house. They are both very pretty.
It didn't take long to get to their home. And by home I mean giant crazy mansion. We walked an and an older woman was cleaning. "You guys have a maid?!" I asked surprised. The pair chuckled and said, "No, silly, that's Percy's mom. She checks in the house on Mondays and Fridays. And today is Monday.
"Hey Sally," Annabeth shouted. She walked over there and gestured for me to do so as well. While she whispered something into her ear, Piper and I helped ourselves to... blue cookies?
"Um Miss Jackson, why are the cookies blue?"
"Its a long story. But really it's because Percy loves the color blue. Maybe Percy could tell you. Or Annabeth or Piper." She held out the tray and I took two more. So did Annabeth.
As if this house couldn't get awesomer, (yes I know that's not a word) we were going up the ELEVATOR!! Then, we went into Annabeth's room, into her closet, through a door and up some stairs to a secret room, "We like to call, the Lady Cave," Annabeth and Piper said in unison. I looked around at the expensiveness of this room only and wondered how they got so lucky.
Piper and Annabeth quickly ushered me to a room like a store with hundreds of dress choices.

Annabeth's POV
Piper and I took a step back and looked at what Emmy was currently wearing. A sky blue shirt with distressed skinny jeans and black sneakers with a moon necklace. The sky blue looked good against her darker skin tone- like Piper's -so I led her over to the navy blue dresses. Piper and I each picked out one and blindfolded Emmy. We took her into the dressing room, then got out so she could change.

"I can't wear these," Emmy exclaimed from the stall.
"Oh stop it! You'll be the belle of the ball! Get in the longest one," Piper yelled back. The long one was what she picked out.
Emmy came out backwards, asking us to zip and tie everything. She turned around and I caught my breath. Piper and I had started a creation we would most definitely finish. It was past her ankles, and shimmered with silver sparkles. The upper body part was a galaxy design and was separated by the bottom part with a silver belt. The back was already customized and so was the front. (Thanks Aphrodite) Her moon necklace shined against the dress and I asked her if she was more of a long dress person or a short dress person. She chose the long one. The short one was basically a shorter version of the long one. Same design and everything.
"Come here the night of prom, and we'll finish everything you need to be ultimately ready for prom," Piper said. Emmy started to cry, realizing we were giving her a $1,000 dress that she would never afford. We hugged her and told her it'd be alright. But it only got better.
