Chapter 2 - The Greenie celebration

After Thomas and Minho attacked me with their questions about Claire which I answered in time for Claire finally gained her strength back just a little and Alby finally said for Gally to let her out of the pit I began the tour showing Claire the different parts of the glade she was quite shy at first but she quickly warmed up proving to be just as curious as Thomas was when he first got here of not even slightly more then he was I couldn't help but smile something about just being around her made me so freaking happy the happiest I've ever felt well that I can remember of

Soon the builders had finished getting the bonfire ready all we had to do was light it and the celebration would begin Alby was talking to Claire for a bit about the rules more , the jobs she'd try out for , and just to see what she was like he was placing her hammock next to mine for the first few days since she was a girl Alby was gonna have the builders build her a small hut with a private bathroom so nobody tried taking a peak of her 

tomorrow they'd start the building and he made me her roommate for her protection he said I wasn't complaining at all I mean she made me so happy that I didn't mind plus I knew other Gladers would kill to be her roommate

As me and Alby started to walk back towards the celebration area I couldn't help but think that maybe I could live here happily with the boys I already felt like a Glader I had apologized about cutting Gally who turned out to be the guy with the strange eyebrows name Alby seemly understood about the insistent he said every Greenie acts different on their first day and that I was definitely a fighter  and he wasn't sure but maybe it was just a girl thing he said with a smile

Soon Alby left to talk with the builders about starting my hut tomorrow Alby insisted that I have being a girl and all

while I began searching for Newt which was not easy because of being 5"4 I couldn't see over most Gladers that's when I accidentally bumped into Minho causing me to almost fall if he hadn't quickly turned around and caught me before I would have fallen on my ass

we both blushed because it was slightly embarrassing and a little awkward being this close to each other our faces only inches apart I could feel his hot breath against my face that's when Newt and Thomas came walking around the large oak tree next to us only to be met with the sight of Minho with his arms wrapped around my waist and my hands on his shoulders with our faces only inches apart it probably looked like he dipped me or even kissed me he quickly stood up helping me up

" Be more careful Greenie some Gladers won't be as helpful or forgiving Minho said sternly before leaving me with Thomas and Newt

" What was that about did you two just kiss Thomas asked while smirking I noticed Newt had a almost angry expression on as he watched Minho walk father away

" what no nothing like that Thomas ...I ... I was looking for Newt when I bumped into Minho and he caught me before I could fall on my ass I stuttered embarrassed that I had just told Thomas I was looking for Newt I didn't want to seem clingy but I did notice that after I said I was looking for Newt

That his once a angry expression disappeared as he went to hand me a jar of some brown dirty dishwater looking liquid

" What is it dirty dish water cause that's kinda what it looks like I asked with a half giggle looking at it swirling it around in the jar

" well don't know love it's Gally's secret recipe only he knows it Newt said as Thomas left us to talk to Minho about their run in the maze today

" Hey Greenie ready to watch how amazing I am Gally said placing a arm semi around the top part of my ass bringing me closer to him then I'd like to be I could feel every inch of his body that was pressed against me
