Chapter 6 - Finally

Me and Newt went and sat down Gally was farther away than normal which was good he had a bruised face from when I kicked him

Thomas and Minho came running up and sat down once again I had to explain what happened they both got up and went over to Gally Minho punched Gally in the face while Thomas grabbed onto Gally pulling him up as Alby came running up yelling for everyone to calm down Thomas and Minho yelled at Alby for not noticing or asking what happened to me after they had told Alby Gally was sent into the pits for 3 days

Alby then came up to me and apologized for not noticing he sent Clint and Jeff over to take a look with that I lost my bandages like the one on my wrist and thigh I was glad my thigh was healed right it meant I could run now

Thomas hugged me slipping somthing into my pocket when he did before playing it cool by bringing up that it was a thank you for fixing some of the clothes

" You guys are welcome I'm gonna be fixing your guys stuff on the side of whatever job I get I said as I finished my plate and gave it back to Frypan who thanked me for fixing his shorts
Before making my way to the homestead to gather my things Newt ran up behind me just as I was about to see what Thomas had written on the paper I quickly shoved it back into my pocket before smiling and explaining that Newt should get his things ready to move in  tomorrow he smiled and softly whispered to himself " finally "

While I was neatly shoving my things into my wooden box I slipped out Thomas's note it said

Meet at the wall of names Little before sunrise first day of training Claire good luck and rest up

With that I shoved the paper back into my pocket before yawning and heading to my hammock Newt just finished packing and mocked my movements we said out good night's while I drifted off into a dream a memory what ever these were

" Come on Minho keep up I yelled back at him while doing laps in a gym WICKED had , they trained us or looked for are athletic talents mine has always been running I watched as Newt and Minho raced each other

Suddenly everything changed I was laid on a table I looked to my side and saw Newt strapped to one next to me suddenly a girl named Teresa walked up to me she placed wires on the sides of my temples Newt kept thrashing around asking what she was doing to me what the wires were for suddenly a fire like feeling spread throughout my body starting from where the wires were the pain so intense I arched my back out of instinct Newt begged her to stop

" It's ok Newt it's ok I'm ok I don't through gritted teeth as the pain became more intense suddenly the pain felt like being stabbed suddenly people were yelling " take the wires off were going to lose her she's going to die pull then off NOW"

And with that I woke up Newt by my side my face in his chest his hands holding me close as he sat on his knees by my hammock we just stared at each other before I remembered about Thomas and Minho I began blushing as Newt brushed a strain of hair

" Your ok love I'm here he whispered his warn brown eyes making my heart flutter I sat up and hugged him " thank you Newt go back to bed though it's to early " I softly whispered so not to wake  up anybody else

He slowly got up and walked over to his hammock and in a few minutes he dozed off I slipped on my shoes and snuck out of the homestead and forwards the wall to meet Minho and Thomas

I jogged over leaning on the wall of name's I tied my hair up in a high pony tail braid then tied my jacket around my hips while brushing dust off my shorts

Minho and Thomas came running up smiling at me "ready for training Greenie " Minho laughed

" you know it Minho " I said excited to finally get a chance to prove I could be a runner even if I was a girl
