Quick A/N: The chapter from here on forth may feel a little wonky compared to the first few as now we are much older than when we started and didn't feel like the whole book should be torn down. So what we're doing now is just continuing the book; if there are weird discrepancies please let us know.
*Time skip to after school*
So it turns out that Sebastian did get in trouble (yes, I am definitely gloating over this fact) though unfortunately it is not for the offense of snack robbery--he was running in the halls, the fat arse. Being the correct offense or not, I'm still glad to know that karma is still in working order.
On the other bright side, it seems like I finally lost Xavier. I don't know what's going on with him but it seems like he's taken a liking to me (I don't mean to be cocky I promise, this is just my observation.) Other than the stalkerish vibes I get from him, his flickering eye colours are also sketching me out.
Right now I'm just walking back to my car, totally not looking like a ninja--hey, if I'm not quick enough Xavier might find me. Or worse, Sebby may loot my car for my emergency snacks!
As I finally reach my car door, I decide on using the key to unlock the door (manually) so as not to gather attention. My car's horn is rather unique and so if I decided to use the remote, both Xavier and Sebastian would've figured out where I was by now. Unfortunately, this little "maneuver" didn't protect me and just as I'm about to pull out of the parking space, I see Sebastian running at me like a crazy man.
"Sebastian Louis Parker GET OUT OF MY WAY YOU CRAZY B*TCH! DO YOU WANT TO GET RUN OVER?!"
"You love me Starling! Now pull over and let my fine arse in! I know you're holding out on me; I know that you gots some delicious sweets in Creme's 'hidden compartment'."
"Ugh fine, fine. But only this once. And leave some for me! Oh my goodness, one day our lives will really depend on that supply that you unabashedly deplete every time you step foot in my car!"
"Yeah, yeah. It's not my fault that you choose to stock your car with the best treats." At this comment, I roll my eyes. "Now for the good stuff; how's your day been Sweetie?"
"Oh you know the usual, except for Xavier of course. Ever since he moved in town, it seems like I can't get rid of him. I have a feeling that he's here to stay too, so how this situation develops is definitely going to be interesting."
"Oh my goodness girl, he totally has the hots for you! Didn't you see how he reacted when we were talking about boyfriends?! He was def jelly and possessive!"
"Possessive?! He's got nothing to possess! I don't belong to him or him I! I don't know where you are getting these ludicrous ideas!"
"Okay shush now Starling, no need to get worked up. I know those wounds aren't fully healed yet."
Shocked, I ask, "You know about those?"
"Yeah I do..."

I royally suck. Diamond's kinda low-key sick right now (don't worry not corona); honestly I think she's just being lazy.
Anyways, oh my goodness guys I missed you all so much! We're really sorry that it took TWO YEARS to get back to the book. We were going through some pretty difficult times--too many catastrophes but figured that writing would help us center ourselves.
