Serena's POV

I was busy working in my office only for my secretary to buzz my office.

"Hi ma'am a woman claiming to be your sister, want's to speak to you, she does not have an appointment ," Lena say's in panic.

I sign in frustration, "Lena don't let her in, say I'm in a meeting," I respond.

"Yes Ma'am," she replies quickly.

I resumed back to doing my work, but my mind was elsewhere.

How did she find my office, I think to myself.

Then again, she probably inquired about me with Dominic. I grunt out in frustration, she is making it harder and harder to stay away.

All of a sudden my door is pushed wide open and my sister walks in with a determined look. You have to be kidding me, I think to myself. I continue doing my working hoping she would get the message and leave.

"We need to talk," she say's boldly.

Aren't we talking now?

"No," I respond looking uninterested.

"Please Serena, you've been ignoring my calls, I need you to be involved in my wedding," she says in a pleading tone.

I bite the inner walls of my mouth to prevent me from saying anything irrational. She really doesn't understand.

"Why should I be involved in your wedding," I say giving her a pointed look.

"What do you mean why, you're my sister," she replies, looking confused.

I scoffed at that statement, of course now I was her sister.

"I wasn't your sister five years ago," I taunted.

Instantly her face goes pale, I guess that shut her up.

"Get out of my office before I call the security guards," I say calmly turning around. I didn't want to deal with any more of her bullshit.

I watch as sigh's in defeat, she slowly walks to the door, but immediately turns once again facing my menacing expression.

"If you aren't going to be part of the wedding my fiance's family is going to get suspicious. Only leaving us to tell them the truth. Imagine what that would do to your business deals and you reputation." she say's with a smug expression.

That definitely caught me off guard, I was stuck, but I kept my face blank not giving away any emotion.

"Get out," I yell through gritted teeth.

She smirks looking at me and slowly turns around leaving me to my thoughts.

She was definitely one persistent little bitch.

***

I look at secretary as she squirms in my gaze.

"How is this possible," I say yelling at her in anger.

"I don't know, ma'am," she murmurs

Kazimi looks at me and then looks back at the file.

"How much are they suing us for?" Kazimi asks

" Around $1.5 billion dollars, sir ", my secretary replies.

"They planned this for a while," I say nonchalantly

"I agree," Kazimi says, shaking his head

After a long pause, Kazimi looks at me firmly, "I will deal with it," he says without breaking eye contact.
