Behind those doors...

Previously

Newt extended his hand to me. I took it and he helped me up.

"We need to get out of here. Anyone who wants to survive follow us." Thomas said.

"Here." Newt said handing me back the retractable spear.

I took it.

Everyone rushed out of the main hut with Newt and I along.

We ran into the maze not looking back.

I made my way up towards Minho who was coordinating the group of survivors.

"Minho section 8 closes earlier on." I said reminding him.

"Yeah it did." Thomas said and slowed down.

"Then we need to go to section 10. Hopefully it's open." Minho said.

It was a miracle,not. Section 10 was open. Thanks to the mechanism we found it.

As Thomas and I turned the corner we saw a Griever guarding the door into section 10.

"Be prepared. Griever. We attack together. We have numbers. We about 20 Gladers against one Griever we can do this." Thomas said.

We all nodded and attacked the Griever.

Minhi and Thomas got it's stingers. We brought it down and killed it.

I aimed the mechanism to the door and it opened.

We made out way to another door which was straight in front of us but by a distance.

We made our way to the door.

The sound below us made me worry.

How much Grievers are down there?

Grievers came into a view from what looked like bottomless pits on the left and right.

"It's a 11 digit pass code." Thomas said

"It's a 11 digit pass code." Thomas said.

The Gladers used their weapons to fight against the Grievers.

"Nivona!!" Thomas yelled out as he threw a spear at the Griever behind me.

I ran towards the door and entered in half of the pass code.

"246810.." I said.

"Minho what's the rest of!" I yelled out to him.

"Um...9753!" Minho yelled.

I entered in the last 4 digits.

Another door opened and the door behind us closed. We ran quickly before those Grievers could get to us.

We walked into a grey type of hallway. The door shut which meant the Grievers couldn't get to us.

Then I held onto Newt's hand tightly.

I was scared.
I was frightened.
I was traumatised.

Newt held my hand and gave it an assuring squeeze.

"It's okay we made it." Newt said.

Then he kissed me on my lips yet again and I kissed back.

I love this boy and I'd give my life for him, we barely know each other but it's felt like I've known him for years.

We followed the gang and we came to a place which was filled with dad people. Blood surrounded the floor and it were on some of the controls.

"Woah who crashed their party?" Chuck said.

Everyone fiddled with the controls until someone pressed a button and a hologram.

Welcome our fellow survivors..

I didn't listen to the hologram of the lady I stared at here and then I realised that..

"That's my mom." I said and made my way to towards the hologram only to see her dead body.

I stood there in shock.

"Gally no!" I heard the others yelled.

Thomas jumped in front of Chuck and I jumped in front of Thomas.

Gally had a gun in his hand and he fired two shots.

One shot fired in my abdomen but I wasn't shot by the second shot.
I turned my head to see that Chuck was shot in his heart.

Newt made his way to me. He helped me up.

Soon people came in and helped us.

Gally layed there dead because Thomas killed him.

"She's alive." One of the people said.

They helped me into a helicopter and we were all u in the air. Everything went black......

Yes. I finished a book in less then 2 weeks.

It took me 9 days to do this book. There is going to be a sequel but I'm going to concentrate on my The Friend book.
