To start performing readings, we first need to learn how to channel our spirit guides. Each of the previous lessons has been guiding you toward this important moment. If you've worked through the Spiritual Growth and Psychic Development course so far, you're all set to dive into the next step—learning how to channel and perform readings!

Before jumping into readings, we'll first focus on how to open up to channeling. This lesson should feel quite natural, as we've already laid the groundwork in previous lessons. By learning to channel, you'll strengthen your connection with your guides and be able to pass on messages with greater clarity.

Channeling simply means that you're working with your spirit guides to convey messages to others. It's the process of allowing your guides to work through and with you, and it's an essential part of performing readings and mediumship.

In this lesson, I'll share a few simple techniques and meditations that will make channeling your guides an easy and enjoyable process. Once you've mastered this skill, you'll be ready to perform accurate and insightful readings for others!

One of the first steps to channeling is learning how to completely relax. When we channel, we enter a trance-like state—some of us may slip into a deeper trance, while others remain in a lighter state. The more relaxed you are, the more easily your guides will be able to communicate with you. Relaxation is key to ensuring that you can receive their messages clearly and effortlessly.

Relaxation Exercises

As mentioned earlier, relaxation is key. While some may find these exercises easy, others may need a little more time and practice. Life can get busy, and we often forget to pause and truly unwind. But it's essential to take just 10-20 minutes each day to calm the mind. This relaxation time is vital for building a deeper connection with our guides and hearing their messages.

Raising Your Vibration Exercise

To begin, find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed. Whether you choose to sit or lie down, ensure you're feeling comfortable. You might want to light a candle, play soft music, or burn incense to enhance the experience. When you're ready, close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths.

Next, call upon Archangel Michael and your Guardian Angels:

"Archangel Michael and my guardian angels, I call upon you now. Please surround me with your heavenly love and light. Help me raise my vibration to its highest frequency."

Now, visualize Archangel Michael and your Guardian Angels standing beside you. See them in as much detail as you can. Imagine them extending their hands to you. As you take their hands, feel yourself rising to your feet, standing tall in the meditation. Watch as Archangel Michael envelops you in a bubble of pure white light.

Visualize this light filling every part of you—your feet, legs, stomach, chest, and head—until your entire body is glowing with peaceful, heavenly light. Allow yourself to feel deep peace and love. With your Guardian Angels still by your side, imagine yourself rising higher and higher, floating through the air within this protective bubble.

As you ascend, the bubble grows brighter. You pass through various dimensions and reach a brilliant light. In front of you, see rows of glowing doors, each one beckoning you. Your Guardian Angels guide you to a space between two doors and begin drawing a new one. When it opens, you'll see a group of angels and spirit guides waiting to greet you.

Feel the overwhelming love and light around you as you enter the doorway. Surrounded by these loving beings, you feel at one with the universe. Ask your Guardian Angels, either aloud or in your mind:

"My wonderful Guardian Angels, please help me understand what my life purpose is."
