Kaz's P.O.V

My limbs move without me controlling them, shuffling in bed as I slowly wake up from what felt like death. I groan, ready to face the blinding morning sun, only to notice that the window's curtains weren't drawn.

My hands rub against my face as I shift my body again. "Fuck,"

My head throbbing with an unexplainable pain, knowing I haven't gotten drunk in a while because I've been trying to stay on a good behaviour streak for Dee. I look to my side, noticing two aspirin pills and a glass of water that was covered with a small napkin.

My arms stretch out in an attempt to wake up myself further, My hands heavily slapped the bedding, only for me to quickly remove it.

My side was cold giving me the realisation that Dee was not asleep next to me making my heart drop.  I sit up, the comforter bunching at my hip as my eyes switch from the bathroom to the closet a couple of times.

"Dee?" I call out softly, hoping for a response. "Baby?"

Nothing but the senseless sound of quietness.

My fingers grasp the aspirin and I quickly swallow it with the tall water. My throat burns as the cooling liquid slides down with ease as I stand up from the bed. My heart raced as I quietly walked downstairs, checking around the house for the 5'4 figured love of my life.

"Dee?"

My feet thump back up the stairs, trying not to panic as I couldn't remember anything that happened after 6 last night. My hands grasp the knob of the guest room, abruptly walking in as my eyes scan the room.

I sigh in relief as I look down at Dee sprawled across the king-sized bed. A small frown set against her forehead,  while her hair messily thrown across the pillow as she peacefully slept in silence.

I slowly tiptoe myself to the side of the bed as I keep my eye on her. In my mind, the thought of watching her sleep didn't sound weird but noticing her breathe ever so softly gave me life. She stirs in her sleep, moving to her side, bringing her hand up to the pillows and cuddling them.

I chuckle at her movement and gran the pillow with my hand, hoping I don't wake her up as I replace it with myself. Her hands move automatically, gently placing it against my chest.

"God, you're so warm," She mumbles, startling me.

"Fuck, you're awake?" I stare at her with surprise.

"I've been awake since you went downstairs," She grazes her head against my chest and shakes her head, placing my head back against the pillow again. "Why haven't you showered yet? You reek of alcohol,"

I laugh as I take in my own scent...I do reek of liquor.

"Oh baby, you know you love the smell of me," My body shifts closer to her as I joke around with her.

"Don't you dare, Kaz." She warns as she tries to push me back, but it only made me chuckle harder knowing I was too strong for her. My arms stretch out to embrace her, but she was quick to escape my grip and crawl onto the floor. Her hair covering her face as she huffed angrily. "Kaz!

"Good morning to you too." I smile as I lay across the bed, watching her fix her morning hair to look normal.

She groans quietly, her hands gently clutching her stomach as she squeezes her eyes shut.

"Fuck," I scramble to the ground next to her, completely forgetting she was carrying our child. "Dee, are you ok? Are you hurt? Where does it hurt? Do I have to take you to the hospital?" Questions rumble out of my mouth as I gently grab her face while the other grabbed her shoulder.
