It was a few days before Stoffel and Max had to go to Bahrain and everyone all went out for lunch as today was the only day where all four of them would be together. As Stoffel and Max walked in front Charlie hung back to tell Anna all the gossip. "Me and Max kissed after the date " Charlie giggled feeling like a school girl. "Oh my god! Eeeeeehhhh! Awe that's so cute! I'm so happy for you!" Anna said rather excited. "Wow calm down we only kissed he hasn't asked to marry me" Charlie laughed as Anna was being so over the top. "I know but what was it like? Like what type of kiss? Did you stay in his bed?" Anna smirked firing questions at Charlie. "It was nice. It was just a long peck. And no!" Charlie answered all of the questions. "Can I tell Stoff" Anna jumped, "of course" Charlie didn't mind Stoffel knowing as he was her best friend after all. As they got closer to the restaurant Anna ran to catch up with Stoffel to tell him. Max felt like he was third wheeling so he waited for Charlie to catch up. "I'm going to miss you in Bahrain" Max randomly said, Charlie looked at him confused. "I mean because the four of us haven't actually been a part for a long period of time" Max quickly added . Charlie laughed "Max it's only Wednesday to Monday, I'm sure you'll survive." Max also laughed along.

As everyone sat down, Charlie sat opposite Max and next to Stoffel who was opposite Anna. "This is really nice the four of us, I don't want to be soppy but I just wanted to thank everyone as I've had the best past few months recently. I've really started to feel really happy which I haven't been in a long time." Stoffel placed his hand on Charlie's arm as he knows the tough times she's been through. "I just want to continue these good times and be surrounded with people who I love" Charlie continued. "To happy times" Max said as everyone cheered their glasses. Charlie really enjoyed her self but through the whole meal she felt Max's eyes on her, Charlie couldn't stop smiling at him.

Charlie found it so lonely being at the apartment while everyone was in Bahrain, it's not like she could see Daniel or Charles as they were also in Bahrain. Charlie could really have some friends outside of F1. As Charlie was lying in bed writing up her article a notification came through her phone. VictoriaVerstappen started following you. Charlie guessed it was someone related to Max hence the last name, but Charlie thought it was strange and she didn't follow Victoria or even know her. Max must've told her about Charlie. After 10 minutes her phone pinged again.

It was currently Friday and Charlie had text Max good luck as it was 30 minutes before FP1 Charlie thought it was strange as he hadn't replied yet he was active on social media. Charlie didn't stress too much as she didn't want to be a crazy stalker. She sent Stoffel a good luck text and telling him to be safe. Within minutes Max had replied.

Charlie smiled as she felt her eyes starting to get heavy. Charlie hadn't been sleeping well recently, she thinks mainly because no one is in the house. Later that night Max Face Timed Charlie. "Hi" Max said deflated. "Oh what's up?" Charlie instantly asked. "How did today go? I'm very sorry I fell asleep and then I had to do shopping during FP2" Charlie added. "It's okay" Max slightly smiled, "today didn't go well, FP1- my car broke so I couldn't go out which meant I was a session behind. So while everyone was doing tyre management and fuel management in FP2 I was still getting know the track. And at the end I could get to grips with my car, I felt like I was driving on ice." Max continued. Charlie didn't really know what to say, "oh well, focus on tomorrow. No point dwelling on today, it's in the past." Charlie smiled, "hey your sisters pretty cool, please bring her down to Monaco!" Charlie asked. Max just laughed "um you don't know her, how do you know I have a sister?" Max was confused as he never told Charlie about Vic. "She followed me on Instagram, anyway just ask her pleaseeeee" Charlie smiled, "fine" max said laughing. "I best be going as its late and I need sleep" Max said. "I understand, talk soon" Charlie ended the call.

Charlie went to sleep with a smile on her face, how can someone do this to her after one date.

Charlie messaged Max on Saturday saying good luck however he crashed out in qualifying and she sent him a good luck text on Sunday morning. The race wasn't good for max as he got a DNF. However Charlie couldn't help but jump up as she saw the amazing start Seb got. Charlie closed your eyes when Max collided with Lewis and by lap 8 both red bulls were out the race. Charlie sent Max a text however he hadn't replied to any of her messages. Charlie doesn't really know what Max is like on the track, is he an angry person or does he hold it in? Charlie knows Stoffel doesn't get too angry but annoyed and he's quite but give him 10 minutes and he's fine. Charlie was watching the interviews after the race and Max was not happy. Charlie was over the moon for Stoffel getting P8 and seeing Seb getting P1 again.

Charlie decided to text Stoffel to see if Max was okay.

Hey just wondering if Max was okay, he ain't responded  to my messages.

Well he's angry and him and Daniel have gone out boozing to relieve "stress" but me and Anna are flying home soon, see you tomorrow

Charlie thought it was odd for Max and Daniel to go out as you thought they only went out when you won or something. As Charlie was about to go to sleep she was checking her social media when she saw Victoria had posted someone her Instagram story. It was a video of her in a club and all you saw was Max in the background with another girl getting very close, too close for Charlie's liking. Charlie didn't know what to do as she couldn't feel jealous as her and Max had only been on one date, however she did. All she knew was that she didn't want to see Max for a few days.
