Stoffel and Anna had got back early morning on Monday, Charlie decided to go for a run. This was way out of her comfort zone as Charlie hated fitness, she was never fat however she's always been self conscious as she's not what she wants to be. Charlie just wants to toned. "Gym gear? What have you done to my Charlie?" Stoffel laughed seeing Charlie in gym gear. "Oi don't laugh at me i want to get fit. Start focusing in myself from now on." Charlie said the last bit quietly. "Well why don't you wait 30 minutes and you can do a training session with me and Craig." Stoffel offered. Charlie nodded while getting a banana.

Stoffel and Charlie was about to leave as Max walked through the door. "Hey guys" Max said walking in. Charlie ignored him and walked out the door. "Hey dude" Stoffel said while bro hugging him. "Me and Charlie are just going training see you in a bit, Anna is around somewhere" Stoffel said catching up with Charlie. Charlie was outside with Craig waiting for Stoffel. "What was that about? Stoffel asks approaching them. "I don't want to talk about it stoff" Charlie said looking away. "You can't train with shit in your mind" Craig said. "Fine I saw Max getting close to another girl, I know I shouldn't be annoyed but I am. We went on a date and he told me how much he missed me in Bahrain. I don't think we are compatible so" Charlie ranted throwing her hands up in the air in frustration. "Don't stress, good things come in time. Look at me and Anna it took a year for us to get together." Stoffel tried to reassure Charlie. "Well I ain't waiting a year, anyway let's get training." Charlie said rolling her eyes.

When Charlie and Stoffel got back only Anna was in the apartment. Max had gone to Milton Keynes as it was a back to back race weekend he needed to do sim work. Stoffel would also be flying out to the UK tonight as he was needed in the factory. Charlie wouldn't see Stoffel and Max now until after the Chinese GP. Anna wasn't flying to the UK but she would fly out to China in a few days.

"Let's have a pamper night as it's just the two of us" Charlie said. "I'll get the face masks and nail polish" Anna said running to the bathroom. "I'll get the food and films" Charlie said giggling running to the kitchen. Charlie loved this, girly time with Anna. As they were both sitting there with face masks, nails drying, a bowl of popcorn and watching Me Before You, Anna wanted to know what's on Charlie's mind "hey I saw you give max the cold shoulder today, what was that about." "I just don't think we will work, like him flying around the world meeting new people/ women." Charlie confesses. "Oh come on! Two years ago I would've never have thought that I would be flying around the world with someone I love watching them do something that they love." Anna gives Charlie a stern look. "I want to focus on myself" Charlie said, which is true. "Anyway what's your birthday plan" Anna said excited as it was Charlie's birthday in between the Chinese GP and Azerbaijan GP. "Well we're going back to my own home" Charlie said smiling, Charlie didn't want Stoffel's parents to sell her home so they rented it out and it was free on Charlie's birthday. "All four of us?" Anna asked getting more excited. "Yes so the plan is. After China we will all meet at the airport in Belgium and go to my house, see Stoffel's parents one day and do something fun on my birthday." Charlie was also getting excited. "Are you going to be okay with Max?" Anna was worried. "Yeah I won't cause drama, it's my birthday" Charlie said laughing.

While everyone was in China Charlie would spend a lot of time in the park where she would always see Vivian Rosberg. As Charlie was sitting in the park she saw Nico's elder daughter running up to Charlie. "Charllllieeee" she ran up attacking Charlie with a hug. "Oh hey gorgeous" Charlie said picking her up spinning her around. "Nico! Viv! How are you guys" Charlie said greeting them both. "Good actually just spending some quality time with family" Nico said smiling at his beautiful family he had. Charlie got a lump in her throat looking at how happy they were. "Oh I'll leave you to it" Charlie didn't want to intrude. "Oh god no don't leave Alaia and Naila love seeing you" Vivian says sitting down next to Charlie on the wall. Alaia goes to play in the playground as Naila is sleeping in the pushchair Nico is rocking. "Not watching the race?" Nico asks Charlie. "Nah, if I was in the apartment for any longer I would go crazy" Charlie laughs. "How come you're not at the race, normally you're with Sky Sports?" Charlie asks. "Nah not this weekend, but I'll be in Baku" Nico replies. "I don't know if I'm going to Baku yet" Charlie admits. The three of them chatted for a while in the park. Charlie loved spending time with Nico and Vivian. "I best be going, i need to pack for Belgium" Charlie said getting up. "Ooo how lovely" Vivian says as she loves Belgium. "Is it your home country then?" Nico asks. "Technically the Uk is my home but I've lived in Belgium since I was 3. Me, Anna, Stoffel and Max are going away for my birthday." Charlie said. "Have a lovely, hopefully I'll see you in Baku" Nico said as they all hugged goodbye.

Charlie's flight was early, she sent a text to the group chat with her, Max, Stoffel and Anna in it saying she as in the Prosecco bar. Max was the first to join Charlie. "Oh god, why?" Charlie said under her breath as she saw Max approaching her. "Hey" Max said hugging her. "Thanks for inviting me" Max continued. "Well we are a four so its unfair to not invite one and I didn't want to third wheel Anna and Stoffel for like a week" Charlie laughed. "So, I never got to take you out after Bahrain" Max smirked, Charlie didn't know what to say but she just wanted to be open and tell him. "Max, let me just say this so it doesn't eat me up. I don't want to argue on my birthday weekend but let's just stop" max was confused, "I saw Vic's story and I'm not angry but I don't want to go out on dates with you and then you go to races and see you with another girl. We have different lives." Charlie said avoiding eye contact, Max was confused until he remembered his sisters story from Bahrain. "Shit Charlie no that...." Charlie cut max off "look I don't want to argue let's just forget everything happened, the date, the kiss." Luckily Stoffel and Anna appeared. They all travel to the house, Charlie was getting nervous as she hasn't been in the house since she left for Monaco.

Walking inside the smell of her old home hit her. Charlie was struck, she didn't know what to do. "Right I'll show everyone around, the bedrooms, bathrooms and stuff like that" Charlie said pulling her self together. Max was sleeping in the guest room, Stoffel and Anna was in her parents old room and Charlie was in her old room. It was late at night and everyone had been traveling all day do everyone just went to bed. Charlie could never sleep the night before her birthday, it reminded her when she was little and she wouldn't sleep from excitement and she would annoy her parents all night. Charlie smiled at this memory falling asleep.
