It was a lonely week for Charlie while everyone was in France however it gave her chance to catch up on her work. It was currently Wednesday and Charlie was stepping off the plane in Austria to meet Anna at the airport. Once she spotted Anna they made their way to the hotel where Stoffel and Max were.

Luckily enough Stoffel and Anna's room was big enough so the 4 of them sat there ordering room service. "Well done you on podium max! I was so gutted I missed it." Charlie said, she felt so happy seeing Max up on the podium however she wish she had seen it in real life. "Thanks, it felt great! I'll try and see what I can do this weekend" Max smirked. They all carried on general chit chat catching up with one another.

While they were all tucking into their diner there was a knock at the door. "I'll get it" Charlie stood up to answer it as she was almost finished. As she opened the door she was faced with her favourite Australian with a huge grin on his face. "I hope I'm not disturbing anything but I don't know when I'll see you all before Sunday." Daniel smiled. "No no you're not interrupting anything, we were just eating. Come in" Charlie moved aside to let Daniel in. "Hey guys" Daniel waved to the others as they waved back. "Right as you know it's my birthday Sunday" Daniel did a little dance, everyone laughed. "So I was wondering after the race we all go out and celebrate. I've asked a few other drivers and they've agreed, so would you lot be up to it" Daniel continued. "100% mate I'm up for it" Max smiled. "Yeah count me and Anna in" Stoffel smiled. "Charlie?" Daniel turned to Charlie as she hadn't said anything. "Of course! I wouldn't miss your birthday for anything!" Charlie said hugging Daniel. "Yay I'm going to have all my favourite people" Daniel said looking happy. "Any ways I best be getting back to my room" Daniel said walking towards the door and as everyone shouted bye.

"Right I best be going back to my room, I need a good night sleep" Max said after a while walking towards the door. "I'll join you, I need to find my room" Charlie said also getting up, she got straight off the plane and came to Stoffel's room so she still had her suitcase. "See you tomorrow!" Charlie hugged both Anna and Stoffel.

"Here, let me take this" max took Charlie's suitcase, it was extremely heavy as they were heading straight to the Uk after Sunday so Charlie had to pack double things. "Awh thank you, such a gentleman" Charlie smiled. When Charlie found her room coincidentally it was opposite Max's. "Haha what a coincidence!" Max laughed. "Yeah! I think I'm going to the circuit with Stoff so I'll see you around tomorrow. Have a good sleep." Charlie cringed at the last part, why did she say that. "Yeah sure, try come in the red bull hospitality if you have time. Sleep tight." Max hugged her goodbye.

Charlie lay in bed confused. Charlie felt her self going back to max but she can't, he's hurt her too many times. But she can't help herself, she's so attracted to him and maybe this time it could work. This thought was running through Charlie's mind all night.

Charlie woke up to her dreaded alarm. Charlie hardly slept at all last night, she can never sleep when she has things on her mind. She dragged herself out of bed and chucked on jeans and a plain top. She tied her hair into a messy bun, Charlie didn't make any effort as she was far too tired.

She made herself over to Stoffel's room. "God you look rough" Anna stated. "Ghee thanks" Charlie rolled her eyes "i couldn't sleep, too much on my mind." Charlie yawned. Stoffel drove to the circuit where all 3 of them made their way over to the McLaren hospitality. Stoffel was pulled away for interviews, leaving Anna and Charlie alone.

"So what's going on in that little mind of yours?" Anna asked. "Just Max..... He's hurt me twice now and I don't want to be hurt again but I do like him and I don't know what to do." Charlie sighed. "Well I think you should just talk to him, see how he feels. If he feels the same way maybe suggest to take things slow, that way you have less chance of being hurt." Anna gave her friend advice. Charlie just nodded.
