You Belong With Me

As Charlie walks into the apartment she gets this rush of excitement that she and Stoffel are living alone away from his family and it's just hit her. As she walks around she realises how big it is, there's 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, one huge living room with a kitchen connected, the balcony is massive and has a great view of Monaco. It's currently January so the weather is the greatest but Charlie can't wait for the summer. 

Stoffel goes downstairs to the car to start moving boxes to the apartment as Charlie will start unpacking them. She won't let Stoffel unpack the boxes as she's such an organise freak. As Charlie is in her bedroom unpacking she hears a knock on the door, this confuses her as the door was open so Stoffel could come in and out. When she opens the door she's greeted by this man with a huge white smile, tall, tanned skin. Next to him is the other tall man but with paler skin and blonde hair, both men were very buff. Charlie doesn't know what to say as she's never seen these men before but her jaw drops.
"Hey I'm Daniel Ricciardo, I live just down the hallway. Welcome to the building"
"I'm Max Verstappen and I live with Daniel ,for the time being before he kicks me out" Max and Daniel both laugh and look at each other
"I'm sorry but do I know you" Charlie says confusingly. Before they could reply Stoffel comes round the corner and greets Max and Daniel.
"Hey Max! Daniel!" He says with hugging and in the process the box he was holding drops to the floor.
"STOFF" Charlie shouts as it was full of her things, she opens the box luckily nothing was broken as it was full of her picture with her and her parents.
"Hey do you want a lift with the boxes Stoffel" Daniel offers.
"Go on then, Max you can help Charlie unpack" Stoffel answers.

Max walks into the apartment to the kitchen where Charlie is, Charlie gets a good look of max and she struck by his eyes it was like looking into the ocean. Charlie looks down at the floor as she knows she can't be doing that especially as she's got a boyfriend, well she's through the stages of breaking up. "Hey I've been told to help you unpack" Max says with a friendly.
"Fine just don't put something in the wrong place, or I will have to kill you." Charlie says with a smirk she is a very sarcastic jokey person. Max just nods smiling something inside him likes her attitude  and he looks forward to getting to know her. They don't talk a lot mainly because Stoffel is Charlie's main friend so unless she's had a drink she not good at meeting new people.

They all flop onto the sofa after all the unpacking is done. Stoffel and Daniel look extremely sweaty after lifting the boxes.
"So lads tell me about yourself, what do you do for a living" Charlie asks.
"We're F1 drivers like Stoffel, we actually race against each other" Daniel answers.
"Me and Daniel are team mates, just like Alonso and Stoffel" Max explains.
Charlie nods along as the name Alonso sounds familiar.
"I'm hurt Stoffel hasn't told you about us." Daniel jokes
"I have!! She just doesn't listen" Stoffel defends

Charlie's phone starts blowing up with calls and texts from Micheal, her soon to be ex boyfriend. Charlie lets out a huge sigh and Stoffel instantly knows who it is. Stoffel has never approved of Michael and even though he's told Charlie she never listens, Michael and Charlie have been together for a year and a bit. Stoffel can tell Charlie is unhappy with him however despite how strong Charlie likes to portray she is she doesn't have the confidence to leave him.

Charlie just puts her head in her hands "we can go if you want" Max asks.
"No honestly it's fine you can stay here, I'm just going to my room to answer this" Charlie explains.
Daniel noticed Stoffel has tensed up "you okay stoff"
"Yeah yeah it's just Charlie's prick of a boyfriend Michael, he treats her like compete shit and he hates our friendship. Argh she just needs to leave him"
"Hey do you and Charlie want to come our apartment for a welcome party, we can invite the other lads and their girlfriends" Max offers changing the subject.
Charlie walks back into the room after it looks like she's been crying, "what's this about a party." Charlie says with a smile on her face hiding the fact she's been crying.
"Alright party animal, do you wanna go to theirs for a party?" Stoffel asks.
"Hell yeah!!!" Charlie answers, her favourite thing is to party have a few drinks and let her hair down.
"I like you already" Daniel says with a wink. Charlie already likes the boys she can tell she's going to be friends with Daniel as they have a lot in common.
