Kyle's P.O.V
~~~One week later~~~

I woke up and checked the time, 3:20am damn why did I wake up so early? I got up to get something to snack on. I went down stairs and went to the kitchen, I grabbed a bag of chips then I heard a voice. "Kyle? Why are you still you still up?" My mother asked "Oh I just woke up and decided to get something to eat." I told her.

"Well I guess it's a good time to talk to you." She said sitting down on the couch. "What did you want to talk about?" I asked her opening the bag of chips and start eating them. "I heard your suicidal." She said calmly. I stopped eating and looked at her. "H-how did you find out?" I asked, did Ike tell her? No he promised he wouldn't tell anyone.

She stayed quiet not knowing what to say. "Mom I-" she looked at me waiting for me to say something. "I'm sorry for not telling you, I should've told you sooner when I started getting worse with my depression." I said looking down. "It's okay I understand, I know how it's like not wanting to tell anyone that you have depression." She said still being calm about it. "Do you have depression?" I asked her wondering how she knows about not wanting to tell people but does want to get help.

She sighed and got up. "You need to go back to sleep we'll talk about this later okay." She said while she walked up the stairs, I nodded and looked at the chips. I put them away and went to my room. I didn't want to go to sleep, so I just played on my phone thinking to myself. 'Today is the day we go to court to get Stan out of prison.'

I looked at the time, 3:55am I decided to get some sleep so I won't be so tired.

~~~~3 hours later~~~~
"Kyle wake up! And get ready for school!" My mom said, I got up and get ready not for school but for court. I grabbed my backpack and pretended I was driving myself to school.

I got to the court room and see everybody there. I looked at Cartman and smiled. He smiled back and sat down. I saw Wendy walked in and sat down were she had to sit.

The judge came in and sat down. "So tell me why are we here?" She asked not remembering, Cartman answered her "To get Stan Marsh out of prison Ms." She nodded her head and asked the Guard to bring Stan in.

I was nervous to see him again, I closed my eyes and thought. 'I haven't seen him since I got jealous of him and Bebe getting along. He's probably mad at me' I took a beep breath and opened my eyes I saw Stan sitting right beside me. He looked at me and smiled, I smiled back and looked at the judge again.

~~~Stan's P.O.V~~~

The guard told me to follow him to the court room and told me were to sit. I looked and saw Kyle there thinking, I sat down and looked at him. He seemed nervous, I was still kinda mad that he hadn't came to visit me, but I'm pretty sure he and reasons, for example this he's trying to get me out of prison.

I smiled at Kyle and he smiled back then looked at the judge. I did the same and now let's see how this goes.

"Wendy would you like to start?" The judge asked, Wendy nodded her head and began to talk. "We all know why Stan Marsh is in prison because is murdered someone! But I'll need to ask some people that are his friends and ask them questions." The judge stayed quiet, it looks like she doesn't even care what's going on.

"Kenny McCormick please come and sit here." Wendy said and Kenny did what she told him to do. "Now ask away." He said looking at Wendy.

It looked like she didn't know what to ask but then she spoke. "So where were you when the incident happened?" "I was hanging out with Butters that day." He said Wendy smiled and said "So there were rumors saying that you helped Stan with the murder." Kenny rolled his eyes and respond "Why would Stan kill someone and why would I help, I could just die right now and this will all be over with." I was confused by his answer, what does he mean by if he died this would never had happened? I looked over at Kyle and I could see that he was confused too.
