Hi, my name is Haley and I'm 16. School just ended, thank goodness. Now, I have time for myself. First, I will start off by telling about myself. I love to sing, play piano, writing. I love to take care of kids and animals. My future, I hope, will involve one of those hobbies. I love to hang out with friends and meet new people. I'm also the girl who loves hanging out with family, a lot. I have two brothers, Johnathan and Kyle. Johnathan is 18 and Kyle is 11. We also have a family dog. Her name is Brownie. She's the new addition to the family and we love her!
"Haley! Come down here for a sec!" my mother yelled. I sighed a bit once again for getting interupted during my writing. As I went down stairs everyone was seated on the couch. "Yes?" I asked sitting beside my brothers. "We are taking a family vacation to the beach!" mom smiled wide saying in excitement. I smiled. "Sounds fun! We haven't been there since Kyle was born." "Hey!" Kyle said hitting my arm. I chuckled. "When are we leaving?" I asked. "Tomorrow morning." Dad said. "So, go pack." mom added. We all got up and went our way to pack.
It's the next morning and we just arrived at the beach. We go to our hotel room, put our stuff in the rooms and get ready to walk on the beach. "Hey mom, I'm gonna go to the boardwalk to some stores, I'll see y'all later." Johnathan said. "I wanna go!" Kyle said following Johnathan. "Be careful!" mom yelled. "I'm going to walk by myself on the beach for a bit. I'll catch up with y'all, okay?" I asked. My parents nod. "Be careful." they said. I go out and go my way to the beach. As I walk along the shoreline, I bump into this guy. "I'm so sorry!" a voice said. I looked up and I blush. "No, it's fine. I should be sorry. Sorry." The guy smiles. "Don't be." He said. It was a few seconds of awkward silence. "Oh, I'm Michael by the way. And you are?" I smiled. "Haley. It's nice to meet you, Michael." He smiles kind of blushing. "It's a pleasure to meet you." he said in a soft, sweet voice. "How are you on this beautiful day?" he asked sweetly. "Pretty good, you?" I smiled asking. "That's wonderful! And I'm very good, thank you!" He said in an exciting voice. I giggled. "You're welcome." "So...you live near here or are you just visting?" Michael asked as we started walking. "Me and my family are just visiting." I said looking around at everything. Michael nodded sticking his hands in his pockets. "Same." I giggled softly as he said that. "You like giggling, huh?" I giggled more. "Hush, Michael." He laughed after I said that. "Just askin'." He said laughing. "So, tell me about you." He added. I smiled and crossed my arms as the breeze came by. "Well, I like singing, playing piano. I love kids, animals. I write stories, love reading. Spending time with family and friends is very important to me." I said thinking of things to say. "Wow, it's like we're the same person." Michael said and added a giggle afterwards. I giggled and smiled, pushing him playfully. "Whatever." I said. "I'm serious!" He giggled. I heard a voice from a distance calling his name. He looked over seeing his mom. "I gotta go." he said sadly. "Do you have your phone?" He asked. I nodded a bit. "Yeah, why?" I asked. "Give it to me, I'll put my number in." I nodded and gave him my phone. Seconds later he handed it back and smiled. "I'll text you later." He said walking off. I watched and he stopped, looked back and yelled. "Bye beautiful!" I blushed and smiled. "Bye!" I yelled back.
