"Haley. You wanted to talk?" Michael asked walking to me. So. I asked Michael to come to the hotel while everyone was at the pool. "Yeah. I have to say a few things." I took him to the living room and we sat on the couch. I took a deep breath before beginning to talk. "Yesterday, my family and I had a talk. This whole time my heart was telling me that you're the one and then if felt like the whole world was against me on this one because of the past." Michael looked at me and said, "So, you're saying...?" "I'm saying we should just be friends. We don't live any where close to each other nor can I fall in love so easily again." I said and waited for him to say something. "I understand that. I agree, don't think I'm upset either. We can always still talk and things. But, friends it is." he nodded and I sighed in relief. "Thank you for understanding, Michael." I said hugging him. "You're welcome, Haley." he hugged back. "I'll let you go be with your family. Until then, talk to you later." he added and flashed a smile. I nodded and smiled.

I went to where my parents and brother were then sat down. "I told him, guys. That we should just be friends." they look at me. Johnathan came and sat beside me and rubbed my back. "Don't be upset, sis. He's still your friend." I nodded a bit then layed back trying to clear my mind.
