Chapter 12
Purple Haired Big Sister Is A Bitch

Arden's P.O.V

The people in the crowd were still cheering, but I stopped suddenly.

Holy Knights...I can sense their magical energies...this is bad. If they're here for us...or Elizabeth, than the town's in danger. We have to evacuate them!

I looked over at Ban. He nodded before I could say anything. Then he pulled King and I up onto the ring(with Elizabeth hiding in my pocket). Meliodas had stood back up and Diane had calmed down. All five of us were looking in the direction of where the holy knights' energies were coming from.

Meliodas was shouting something at the crowd around us, but I was more focused on...these comet things coming towards the town.

"Oh, shit!" I yelled when I realized what they were. Those were Guila's little explosive bomb things. I looked at the captain.
"Captain? What do we do?" I asked worriedly.
"Dunno. But let's split up for now." Meliodas ordered. We all nodded. But before I left, I grabbed my scythe and slung it over my shoulder. Then I ran.

Why am I getting some serious déjà vu right now?

I went with Elizabeth and Hawk, and the others went by themselves. I saw King head to the town to probably evacuate the people, and I saw Diane go to where her Gideon was. I have no clue where Ban and the captain went, though. But that didn't matter. My current job was to get Elizabeth and Hawk to safety, the others can take care of themselves just fine.

"Don't worry, Elizabeth! We'll get you to safety!" Hawk told her as we ran. (And if case you're wondering, Elizabeth is on Hawk's head/neck). "Even if in turned to roast pork, or pork-kabob, or even if I'm reduced to trotters! We'll get you to safety!" Hawk continued. I found it sweet at how he was willing to protect his friend, even if it cost him his life. But then again, I would do the same. I smiled.

"I can't let you do that." Elizabeth pat Hawk's head gently. "We'll make it out together in one piece." Elizabeth finished. Hawk stopped to smile up at her,
"Elizabeth..." He said fondly.

"Eep!" I squealed when I saw Ban and Meliodas being thrown at each other. Then they fell to the ground, unconscious.
"What the fuck?!" I shook my head.

"Guys! I finished evacuating the town! Everyone's ou—Oh, what the fuck? Ban? Captain?" King came out of nowhere, floating on his pillow. He floated just above the two unconscious men. He looked quizzically at me but I just shrugged, not having any idea what happened to the two of them.

Until I saw two bitches with douchebag looks.
"Holy knights." I spit viciously on the ground, clenching my hands into fists.
"Wait. Isn't that Guila? From the necropolis?" Elizabeth spoke up.
"Oh, shit. You're right." I gasped.

Guila raised her sword and pointed it at King. I still had no idea who the other holy knight with short purple hair was. But they were both dangerous. And Guila was stronger now than she was back in the Necropolis. I could feel it.

"Oh no!" King suddenly gasped. My head snapped to him but I couldn't see him. All I saw was the smoke from Guila's explosions. I was about to turn to panic, but then I realized I still felt King's magical energy. Still going strong. I breathed a small sigh of relief.
