*Jacob's POV*
As soon as we got back home, Grim went on an apologizing rant about how he was sorry that I had to see all of that again.
"Baby I'm soo sorry. I didn't wanna do it like that but they pissed me off. I'm soo sorry."
"Grim sweetie it's ok. Really I'm fine."
"You sure love? I can go punish myself."
"I'm positive my love."
With that he hugged me and kissed my nose and lips. After a while of standing there with no interruptions, we noticed Gracie went to her room and looking at the time, we decided to go to ours as well.
The next day, the two vampires that helped fight yesterday.
"UNCLE!!! COME LET US IN!" shouted Karlie.
"Jeezus Christ. Keep your voice down. It's still 11 in the morning," moaned Grim.
"Whatever. Can we come in. I'd love to meet your boyfriend."
"Fine. Baby, these are my awesome friends/nieces Karlie and Annie. They're pretty awesome. Girls, this is my special sweetheart, Jakey. Only I can call him that though. You have to call him Jacob."
After a good laugh and some chatter I knew a lot about them and they learned tons about me. We had a great time talking and eating lunch. By the time we were done we settled in the living room to watch movie.
"Hey Karlie, I think we should get home. I gotta tell you something."
"You can tell me here. I'm sure it's not something Grim and Jacob can't hear."
"Alright. I'm breaking up with you. You're just too good for me and you deserve way better and I don't wanna be a burden to you anymore."
"WHAT?!? Annie, you are no burden to me and I love you. Please don't do this!"
"I'm sorry sweetie. I just can't anymore."
With that, Annie ran out of the house and Karlie started crying while Grim held her trying to comfort her.
"It's going to be ok sweetie. She wasn't your soulmate anyway. Someone else is going to come into your life and make you feel special and amazing and they're gonna treat you the way you were meant to be treated. Like a queen."
*hic* "N-No one's gonna be there for me. I loved Annie and I can't go on without her!"
"Trust me sweetie. There will be someone so close and amazing that all your problems will just melt away."
*sniff* "O-Ok. C-Can I sleep here tonight?"
"Sure Karlie. Take the room two doors on the right. You'll be next to Gracie so if you need someone, you can ask her. She's really sweet and won't mind."
"O-Ok. Goodnight guys."
After me and Grim said our good nights to her she left and I immediately huggled Grim.
"You were amazing and sweet love. She's lucky to have an amazing friend/uncle like you."
"Thank you my love. And I'm lucky to have an amazing baby like you. Why don't we go to bed."
"Ok love. Lets go."
