You had the feeling that George didn't trust healers when it came to your unborn baby. Since you told him about the idea to make an appointment, your husband tried to convince you otherwise. That his mother had managed six pregnancies without such nonsense. In the end you went to the healer more to make him clear that you didn't give up that easily. To your surprise he only sighed when you told him and wanted to accompany you.

"Is it because you don't want to know yet if it's a boy or a girl?" You asked while the witch in the reception told you to wait.

"No of course not. I just don't see the sense in it. I mean, what could they possibly tell us what we don't know already?"

"How the baby really is? How I am?" With a bright smile you patted your round belly. "Because from what my mother told me it's not very normal that a baby is already that big after five months" George smiled and put a hand over yours.

Finally someone had time for you and you didn't quite get rid of the thought that George was right and that the healer couldn't tell you very much. In fact, you also had the impression he didn't really know what he was even doing but you didn't say anything.

"Oh" he suddenly stated, after you asked him if something was wrong because your belly was already that big. "That is a simple case. You're expecting twins, Mrs Weasley"

"Twins?" George's mien lit up and he hugged you from behind and you couldn't believe it. Why had that thought never crossed your mind before?

"Yes. That's not unusual if there are twins in either of your families. Do you know someone from your family who has a twin?"

"I do" you growled and pointed at your husband who was busy telling his unborn children everything a twin should know. "He has a twin brother"

-

"Did you survive?" Fred asked when you came back home to your flat.

"Unfortunately" you sighed, remembering how childish your husband acted since he learned he would not just get one but two firstborns. George let go of your hands, walked over to his twin with a beaming smile and grabbed both of his shoulders.

"They're going to be twins" your brother-in-law smirked.

"Well done you two"

"Well done?" you exclaimed "Do you really think he's ready to be a father for one kid? Let alone two? Besides I've made not so good experiences with twins before, you know. And I guess Molly can confirm that"

"Come on, (Y/N). We're hard to top"

"If they're only half as troublesome as you are they're going to be the death of me"

-

Months passed and like George, also the rest of the Weasley family was very happy to hear that there would be two kids at once. For a while it seemed as if you were the only one who thought otherwise. Of course you also liked the thought but you doubted you could handle twins. For weeks you were unsure if you could be a mother for just one child and now you suddenly should take care of two.

Probably the only benefit during the pregnancy was that it ended sooner than you thought. After almost eight months you were in labour. Until the first one was born, eight hours passed. Then it went fast and just two hours later the second baby was here. George was having one of them in each arm, grinning broadly.

"I'm so happy right now that I could die, you know"

"Don't you dare! I won't raise them on my own" you wanted to sit up, when the healer stopped you.

"There's another one coming"

"What?" George and you said at the same time.

"A third one?"

"Yes. As it seem it weren't just twins but triplets" with a dark growl you turned to your husband.

"I hope your happy now. You're having all of your three children at once. Don't you think I'd go through all of this once more!"

"Come on, don't be a fun killer. Just one more child. I mean after the one you're just giving birth to. That doesn't count"

"Forget it, Weasley! In future I'll just refuse to make love to you ever again."

"For the rest of your life? Good luck with that because I'll never stop trying"

"I hate you" you shouted and in that moment another contraction hit you. "I swear to Merlin, once we're home I'm going to fucking kill you"

"Didn't you just say you didn't want to raise them on your own?"

"Shut up or I'll get over to you to do it now!"

"Then I'll drop the children"

"Shut the fuck up!"
