The Hiccstrid Ship

So this one is a request from @fastfury47. Hiccup and Astrid aren't dating:

The soft beating of a Terrible Terrors wings could be heard as flew into the clubhouse and landed right in Tuffs head." Ahhh, get it off, get it off!"." All right Tuff. Calm down.". Hiccup said while prying it off his face." What does it say.". Fishlegs asked eager to know who it was from. Hiccup took the letter and read it out loud.

Hiccup,
Viggos ships have been spotted at ravens point and are heading straight for Berk. I want you all to come back just for back up.
Stoick

"Right, every pack what you need, we're going to Berk."

About an hour later, the gang left the edge and after a long 4 hour flight of Snotlouts complaining, they finally reached Berk." Hey dad. Are they here yet?". Hiccup asked when they found the chief." No, Luckily. But they will be here by day break so go get some rest.". With that the gang went back to there respective houses and hit the sack.

Hiccup awoke to the sound of catapults and dragon firing. Vision a bit blurred, he stepped out side and immediately ran to find Toothless." Hiccup, your up.". Fishlegs stated." How long have they been here?". Hiccup asked still trying to wake up."Only about 20 minuets.". They fought for awhile, no one really winning until Viggo took a Bow and Arrow from a hunter and aimed directly at Astrid. Hiccup only noticed this when it was too late," ASTRID, WHATCH OUT!!". He cried. It was too late, the dragon root venom arrow had already hit Stormfly in the leg causing her to fall down on to the ship below. Simultaneously, Viggo and Hiccup yelled, " Cease Fire!"." They got Astrid.". The riders flew down to meet Viggo on his ship.

"If you want her alive, give me the Dragon Eye.". Viggo said while holding a knife up to Astrid's throat." Hand her over first."." You think I'm going believe that again? Give me the Dragon Eye."." No.". He brought the sword closer to her throat until Hiccup rolled over the eye, Viggo threw Astrid to Hiccup and picked up the eye." Come on guys, let's go.". Little did they know, Hiccup had made a replica eye, the real one was still on the edge.

"Hiccup, please tell me you have a plan to get the eye back.". Fishlegs asked." HICCUP!". Astrid yelled," Why did you do that?". She said while pushing on his chest." He was going to kill you if I didn't."." He got the most valuable thing we have. I would have been fine dying  for that.". Astrid realised what she had said when Hiccup stormed off.

Hiccups POV
Astrid's life is way more important than the Dragon Eye, IT WAS FAKE!! I got back to my dads house and pulled out a blank parchment, started sketching Viggos ship. Sometime soon, he will realise that it was fake so I spent about 2 hours coming up with a plan," I'VE GOT IT!". Toothless looked at me with a face that said 'shut up'.

I found the gang and told them the lengthy plan, when Heather landed on the docks with news." Viggo is planning an attack on the edge!". She said bursting through the doors of the Great Hall. Viggo knows (yes Viggo knows all)Everyone turned there heads and started covering Heather in questions." Everyone shut up!!!!". She yelled." If you want to save the edge, get going and find Viggo before it's to late"." She exclaimed while pointing at the door. We nearly trampled her while getting out the door." Fine, don't thank me- woah!". Heather started to complain when Astrid yanked her out the door.

"Right does everyone know the plan?". I said staring purposely at the twins." Why are you looking at us?". I just rolled my eyes and continued flying. It took us an hour to find Viggos fleet, then it was game time." 5, 4,3,2....". They were gone. Why does nobody listen to me!!

Astrid's POV
I signalled to the gang while Hiccup was counting.' Down'. Thankfully, everyone followed leaving a very pissed of Hiccup." Oh come on GUYS!". We heard him yell from below the clouds. We were all very amused but failed to see the hunters ship coming straight at us. I turned back to see a wooden deck coming at my face." Oh no.... brace your self guys-". I hit the ships deck and blacked out.

"Leave her alone. Can't you see she is hurt?". I woke up to the sound of Hiccup's screams. A firm hand gripped my shoulder, Viggo pulled me up off the ground and turned me to face my friends. They were in ropes, around their ankles, chests and the hands. The dragons had been put to 'sleep' with dragon nip. I was on my own." Hiccup, if you want her alive, give me the real eye.". What?! Real eye? Everyone stared at Hiccup, he looked at his feet for a minute until Viggo hit me over the head with the handle of an axe.

Hiccups POV
Astrid fell to the deck with a thud. Heather who was to my right, looked at me with wide eyes." Hiccup, I know what they are going to do.". My eyes widened when I realised what she meant. Viggo stepped aside for Ryker to come forward, raise his fists and start beating Astrid. We all winced as the first fist hit her. She was unconscious; it wasn't a fair fight. I could feel my anger rising as Astrid started to wake up, more and more hits made me loose my cool. My fire sword was attached to my leg, thanks to my invention, only I know how to take it off. I managed to reach it and cut my ropes loose. No soldiers were watching me, only watching Ryker and Astrid. Heather saw me but thankfully kept quiet, I snuck up behind Ryker and stopped him from hitting the now awake and very much in pain, Astrid." What the-". I heard Snotlout say." How did Hiccup do that?!". People always forget I grew up in a forge, I just don't show it. "Stop him!". Viggo yelled. Ryker pulled out a sword and I thought, oh great.

Heathers POV
I stood there, completely shocked. Hiccup of all people was winning against Ryker. I guess he cares about Astrid a lot, now I understand why you don't take on a Haddock in a sword fight. After a while Ryker was on the ground with Hiccups sword at his throat. He whispered something to Ryker and backed off while Ryker scurried away. He helped Astrid up who was doubled over in pain." Are you okay?". Astrid gave him the look. "Should of seen that coming.". Hiccup said while Viggo came up behind him with a sword." Hiccup behind you!!". Astrid yelled through the pain. He full on turned around and punched in he face. Viggo stumbled back, touched his now bleeding face, grabbed his sword and came at Hiccup." Oh, this isn't gonna be good.". Snotlout said while staring in front of him. To everyone's surprise, Hiccup blocked it.

Hiccups POV
When Viggo attacked, my inner Haddock instincts kicked in. In no time, Viggo's sword was on the ground and I had won. I said the same thing I had said to Ryker, this time for everyone to hear, "Never take on a Haddock in a sword fight.".

Once we got Astrid to Gothi, she came up to me and sat down. "I just wanted to thank you Hiccup. If I hadn't blacked out, I could have dealt with it but you did.". I thought for awhile and finally said, "I will always protect you, no matter what.". "I know, and I will do the same for you. You're right, never take on a Haddock in a sword fight, you won't win.". "Only if the person I am fighting, hurt someone I love-". I couldn't continue because Astrid had smashed her lips into mine. I pulled her closer to kiss back which made me put my hands around her bruised waist. "Owwww!!!".

So what did you think. I know I changed some stuff up from the request, I just don't think Hiccup would go around killing everyone. Once again, thanks to @fastfury47 for this idea. If anyone has any requests, I will try and make them happen.
