Song ~ Youth By Daughter {I love it, it's five years long but I'm obsessed.}

Surprise update!!!

Bianca's P.O.V

YES.

Have you ever had one of those moments when you don't remember who someone is until you see what they look like?

Asher's mother stood in front of me with a huge smile on her face, her eyes went to my short pink hair before looking back at my face. "Pink hair suits you," she says with a laugh. I hold back a smirk. Oh yes it does.

"Hi," I greet bluntly, she grins, showing her pearly white teeth.

"Linda!" Jasmine cheers from beside me and engulfs her in a hug. "I missed you so much!"

Linda laughs and peels herself away from Jasmine.

"Hi, Linda," Clara says with a tight smile. Clara didn't make any motion to come closer to her, neither did Linda. They just gave each other forced smiles. "Later?" Clara says, her voice suddenly harsh and makes her way out the front door, probably to the house that she shares with Blake, Caleb and Jasmine.

I stared at the door Clara just stepped out from in confusion and glanced back at Linda, she had a smile on her face but I could see the glint of anger in her eyes from Clara.

Green eyes met mine. "Well Bianca, I hope you're hungry because dinner will be served soon," Linda says and walks back into the kitchen.

Zoe and Caleb both whistled simultaneously from the couch. "Those two are like fire and ice," Zoe says and Caleb nods in agreement.

Jasmine lets out a tired sigh and slumps on a sofa after walking past the shopping bags scattered on the ground. "I know right," she agrees. "I've tried to make them at least tolerate each other, but nothing I do works."

I turn to Blake who stood beside me. "Why don't Clara and Linda like each other?" I ask Blake, he looks away from the TV and turns to me then shrugs.

"It's a pretty long story," he says and leans on the wall, his hazel eyes avoided mine and looked at his feet.

"I have time," I shrug.

"I can't tell you now, but maybe later?" He says, I nod and notice his eyes go back to my hair in amusement and I roll my eyes.

"Really?"

"I'm sorry, but I'm not used to seeing you with pink hair, it's weird. But it kinda suits you though," he says. I frown and put my hood back up to cover my hair to stop him from staring at it.

"Thanks," I reply, but I honestly didn't care if he liked it or not. "Where's Shawn?"

"He's at our house," he replies. "Probably stopping Clara from punching a wall by now," he adds with a chuckle.

"What about Asher?" I ask. Right on cue Asher walked down the stairs and into the living room, he wore a simple plain white shirt and black jeans, his black hair was messy and his eyes were droopy like he just got out of bed.

He looked kinda... Cute.

His eyes went to Jasmine who was sprawled on the couch, then to the shopping bags on the floor, and lastly to me. "When did you guys get home?" He asked, his voice sounded hoarse. He paused on the last step. "And where's Clara?"

"Clara is at my house," Blake answers, Asher walks up to where Blake and I stood.

Asher looked at me dead in the eye and walked in my direction. I felt confused and tried to take a step back but a shopping bag came in my way. I looked back at Asher, he stood in front of me with a concentrated look on his face.

I started to get annoyed but mostly freaked out, I looked at my side and found Blake disappearing through a door. Asher's hand rose up and I froze, his fingers brushed the side of my face leaving small, satisfying tingles after it and making my heart flutter. Then he pushed my hood off.

"I knew I wasn't seeing things," Asher said, I blinked a few times and put my hood back on quickly.

"Shut up," I snapped and tugged the hood lower down my face. "Where's Antonio?"

"He went to the store to buy milk."

I stared at Asher with wide eyes. Why would Antonio go out in the open undisguised when Ronaldo is still out there looking for us?

"Are you serious?"

Asher rolled his eyes. "Of course not," I relaxed. "He's probably in the kitchen with Linda or in his room."

"How come you never spoke about Linda in the cabin," I asked him.

"I did, but I don't think telling a complete stranger about my personal life is something I'd advise myself to do," he answers, his lips suddenly formed into a smirk. "Antonio's gonna flip when he sees your hair."

How many people are gonna say that?

I tug my hood lower but Asher pulls it down, leaving my hair in sight. I glared at him and slapped his hand away. "Watch it."

He smirks. "Leave it, I think you look pretty cute," he winks and walks away.

The nerve of that boy.

I walked up the stairs and into my room, I pushed the wooden door open quietly. The room was dark so I turned on the light switch. A shriek escaped my lips.

Antonio layed on the bed with his head facing the ceiling and a small pink ball in his hands, that ball reminded me about my hair that I forgot to cover.

Antonio's eyes met mine, then his eyes met my hair.

"Bianca!"

Run.
