chapter nineteen

it was six months in the future. everything had gone perfect for the happy couple, and niall had made a quick recovery.

ani came and moved into their apartment, so now there were two couples. alex was always bored of being the third wheel, so a change was good. double dates were plentiful, and they went out all the time. alex and niall became way more popular on youtube, and they could afford more things in the blink of an eye.

june started her own small writing blog, hoping to publish her writing out to the world eventually. she had a fanbase, but most of them were either fans of niall, alex, or both.

"alex! did you take the last bagel?" june yelled in the general direction of alex's room.

"sorry!" alex yelled through a mouthful of what she thought was her bagel.

"fuck you." she said softer, huffing and going to grab an apple instead. she sat on the barstool of their shared kitchen, spinning around in a circle. she then set her elbows on the countertop, pulling out her phone and scrolling through her newest blog notifications.

the brunette felt arms wrap around her waist, and she turned to meet the ever so familiar blonde.

"hi there." she said gleefully, pressing a kiss to his lips. he leaned down to meet her, happily kissing his girlfriend back.

"i just got done filming, so i was thinking that we could all go out to lunch?" niall suggested, raising his eyebrows. june nodded in agreement.

"sure." she agreed. she stood, taking another bite of her apple as she wrapped her arms around him, saying nothing, her eyes closing. the girl loved hugging her boyfriend, as he was soft and perfect in her opinion.

"i love you." she mumbled.

"i love you too."

the four were out within an hour or two, walking to a small diner down the street. niall and alex were both recognized once, and were asked for their picture, with june and ani included. june felt a happy shift in her stomach as she posed for the photo.

they kept walking, opening the doors of the diner.

a cold breeze hit june, and she hugged herself, wishing she'd brought a sweater. though, she had no idea, considering how warm it was outside.

"it's so fucking cold in here." ani mumbled to june, who nodded in agreement. alex and niall talked amongst themselves, though june didn't pick up on their conversation.

the four all were ushered to their seats, june and ani sitting on the outsides across from one another while alex and niall were on the inside.

they all ordered for drinks, june simply getting a water.

"what do you think, june?" alex's voice snapped her out of the small haze she was put in of observation. she just then realized she'd been staring at the window for the whole conversation.

"think about... what?" june asked, furrowing her eyebrows. she really had no clue.

"the trip. we were talking about taking a trip to disney for celebration of the start of summer, or whatever." ani explained.

june nodded excitedly, her eyes widening. "uh, hell yeah!" she gasped. she kept her voice down, though. the waitress came up to them just then, wanting their order.

they all put in their orders of a drink, and then the waitress left them alone again.

"disney sounds amazing! i've always wanted to go." june had a big cheesy smile on her lips, her head rested on her palm. she had her elbow on the table, supporting herself. niall chuckled.

"it's settled then, looks like we're going to disney."

filler, sorry. next chapter they'll be going to disney, so we have that to look forward to! anyway, enjoy. hopefully i'll hah my motivation back and start writing hard core on this again. bye guys.
