jungkook looked up from the letter, smiling brightly, to find you pointing your phone camera at his face. you snapped a shot.
"hey!"
"i found my new wallpaper." you said, setting it as your lock screen, then opening your restaurant menu.
"wow, this is awesome, y/n. and yes, i love you more than my white t-shirts. kind of." now it was your turn to say "hey!"
jungkook laughed as the waiter came.
"what can i get you?"
"pancakes!" you both said in automatic unison.
the waiter let the smallest of smiles show on his face before he walked away with the menus.
"so, i'm thinking, is the last sentence a hint to what the next part of my pre-birthday celebration holds?"
"shhh! stop thinking, kookie. or you'll ruin the surprise." you said with a small pout. jungkook quickly whipped out his phone and took a picture of you.
"and now i found my new wallpaper." he said, setting your adorable face as his lock screen.
