"I'm done with you!" She shouted, her voice echoing through the room. Her eyes shot fire, absolutely furious.
Jorge stood just as furious in front of her. They were in the middle of one of the biggest fight they've ever had.
"I don't want to see your face ever again! I don't need you! Get out!" Martina added and pushed Jorge's body roughly towards the door.
Not that it had any use, she was way weaker than Jorge.
"I don't need you either!" He yelled in response, "I'll never want to see you anymore!" He finished the fight and stormed angrily out of the room.
The brunette stood silently in her room for a while, her breathing heavy from the fire burning inside of her.
Slowly the realisation of what happened dawned upon her. She had fought with Jorge.
Her legs weakened and her body dropped against the wall, to the ground. All the anger disappeared, only tears left her brown eyes.
It was one of the worst moments of her life, she felt completely torn apart.
On the other side of the door Jorge was standing still. He blindly stared at the door of Martina's room. He couldn't believe it was really over now. A tear rolled unwillingly down his cheek.
In the corner of his eye Jorge saw Cande walking up the stairs of Martina's house. She spotted him in front of the door and smiled.
"Hey Jorgie! How are you doing?" She asked happily. Her eyes sparkled, they always did.
Without saying a word Jorge ran passed Cande, out of the house. With a confused look, the red head carefully opened the door of Martina's room.
She saw her best friend sitting on the ground, her hands covering her face. She was a mess of tears and sobs.
"Martu? What happened?" The worry in Cande's voice was unmissable. She placed herself on the ground next to her best friend.
"W-we broke u-up." Martina stammered, cries leaving her mouth. Her face was red and full with tears. Cande's mouth fell open.
"What!? But why? I don't get it!" She exclaimed while her jaw fell to the ground.
"We had an argument, he kissed someone else! It was awful!" Martina cried while she held on to her best friend's shirt. Cande shovelled closer to Martina and held her in her arms.
The tears of the brunette didn't stop falling. She was curled up into Cande, as small as a baby. "I think I'll stay over here tonight." Cande whispered while her hand stroke over Martina's back.
"Thank you." Martina mumbled in response, almost inaudible. She closed her eyes and let herself lie back in Cande's arms.
Cande slowly tried to lift her best friend from her chest. When she finally got away from under Martina's body, she got a pillow and placed it under her head.
She then grabbed Martina's pink blanket and laid it over her now sleeping body.

Jorge was walking over the streets, his mind racing.. He was mad, at himself this time. He didn't kiss the girl, but he didn't move away either.
As he reached his home, he got inside. His mother was sitting on the couch and greeted him happily.
He didn't say a word, his lips were closed. His hand slightly opened, making his jacket drop to the ground. He dragged himself towards the stairs. He felt like every step became heavier. Climbing up the stairs, he felt as if all energy has left his body.
She was his energy.
He slowly walked inside his room and fell on his bed, staring blindly at the ceiling above him. In his hallucination Martina appeared on the ceiling. He felt his heart was ripping out of his chest.
He didn't want to miss her already, but he did.
She didn't want to miss him already, but she did.
Both of them were lying lifeless in their rooms.
—
"Martina, hurry! Otherwise we'll be late." Cande shrieked against the bathroom door.
Martina was standing in front of the mirror, tears were rolling down her cheeks. When she heard Cande's scream she quickly brought her hand to her face. With her fingers she tried to wipe the tears from her bare face.
She got her foundation from the sink, and covered her face with it. She took her other make-up tools and hid her entire face behind it. Layer one. Layer two. Layer three.
She proceeded to unlock the bathroom door and heard Cande sigh from relievement. "How are you?" Cande asked worriedly while she stood in front of her friend.
Martina's lips were sealed, she couldn't bring out a word. If she would, she'd definetely burst out in tears. Cande understood her. "You'll be fine, really." She reassured and tapped her lightly on her back.
Martina pressed her lips onto each other while she pulled the sleeves of her grey sweater over her hands. She moved her legs towards the door and walked outside, Cande quickly following.
They arrived in front of the school as there was one thing that immediatly took Martina's attention. Jorge was standing in front of the brown school doors. Automatically the brunette tried to hide behind Cande, not wanting him to see her.
He was wearing a white shirt with a jacket.
Secretly she tried to sneak into the school, passing Jorge who was busy talking. Even though she tried so hard not to get noticed, he did see her. He watched his former girlfriend nervously slip into the school, holding tightly onto her best friend's hand. He felt his heart skip a beat when he saw her.
"Jorge!" He then heard Ruggero's voice say. His face immediatly turned his way again. "What happened? Why is Martina avoiding you?"
"We broke up." Jorge admitted nervously, not wanting to look weak in front of his friends. When he spoke the sentence, he suddenly caught every one of his friends attention.
"What? Why?" Diego asked him, a mix of mercy and disbelief in his eyes.
"We fought and.. and.. ." Ruggero slightly raised his eyebrow, waiting for what was coming next, "She thinks I kissed someone else, but I didn't, I swear." Jorge finished quickly, throwing his hands up in the air in defence.
Meanwhile Martina and Cande had sat down on a bench inside of the school. "Come on Martu, keep your head up. You can't show him you still miss him, you need to get past this." Cande explained carefully to the sad girl beside her.
Martina laced her own fingers through each other on her lap while she nodded. "I know." The words came out of her mouth as a whisper.
At that moment Jorge and his friends walked inside the school. He looked casual in Martina's eyes, like he wasn't hurting at all. But Jorge himself was the only one who knew that he was nothing even close to casual.
Confidently Martina sat up straight, acting like she was fine. She stood up and walked passed Jorge, bumping purposely against him with the side of her body.
Cande laughed slightly at the sudden boos of confidence from her best friend. Laughing, she followed her towards the classroom.
Martina had sat down in her chair, her hands in her hair.
All of Jorge's friends were looking at him when Martina bumped against him. Jorge had laughed and shaken his head.
He had turned his feet the right way and got to the classroom as well. He didn't want to show anyone how he felt, no one could know how much he missed her.
He just needed to get over her, he just didn't know how.
When he arrived in the classroom he saw Martina sitting with her hands in her hair. She immediately sat up straight when Jorge walked in.
She craved for a warm embrace from him, but she couldn't.
