it was a hot summers day and everyone was lining up for icecream. There were some octoling which you still weren't used to but you ignored the fact that you " hated" them. Now some octolings REALLY caught your eye there was this one with honey coloured eyes and adorable faces,personalities but there was this one who caught your eye within a second of looking at her.
She had pink tentacles and there " own clothes. Ya see octolings and inklings have separate clothes. But that's going to change according to off the hook.her eyes were a brownish colour. You could daze at them all day. She was in the line ordering your favourite flavour and she smiled and licked it. Octolings had very little friends seeming as they grew up with stric families who were harsh on them ( not really but eh ) you saw her make her way towards you and you tried to control your self " h-hello I'm new and I was wondering if you could show me around " she asked obviously scared of my reaction I just smiled " Sure I can where shall we go to first " you asked in a jolly tone. " uh well I know where there Lobby ,beach, mall,cafè,all the shops and houses are I just don't know where my room is I'm room 235" " cool I'm next door I'll show you there anywhere you haven't been shown oH and btw splatfest are held every month and we play turf wars to see who wins" " cool and no i know where everything is so can we go find me room please? " she said with a tiny smile " Sure lets go" you smiled and she told you about life as on octoling and it seemed pretty interesting yet scary. You got to hers " well here you are and I'm right next door if you need me here's my number " you smiled and she put it in your phone " btw my names y/n" you smiled " I'm octo" she said before making her way to her flat she called you " Y/N wait " you looked up confused. " thanks for showing me where I live I would of been a shyness wreck aha " as she walked up to you and hugged you for a long time she broke it " see ya y/n message me!
I no longer hate octolings.
