Malachi was at home looking through his emails when he saw that the girl he had decided couple days ago to give his yearly scholarship to had responded. He opened the email and read the message. It was a short one saying thank you about five times and giving an appropriate date for the interview. He closed the message and set his phone down then went on his laptop. Some work had come up that he needed to clear up today even though it wasnt a work day.

It was late when he had finished and so went out to grab something to eat. His maid was still on vacation so he didnt really have a choice since he wasnt going to do it himself. He was more than capable of cooking but didnt like to. His opinion was that the food tasted better when someone else cooked it for him. He went to nearby restaurant since it was him alone he wasnt sure where Chadwell was and he was no longer a child but a man and could take care of himself.

Meanwhile Malaya hopped into the shower. She took her time washing down her body then dried herself and exited the bathroom and went into her room. She rubbed body cream all over her body and pulled on a sexy panty and a matching bra. Then she worked on her hair and did a slack ponytail. She dabbed a little makeup on her face since it was night it wouldnt really matter no one would see her. After which she got into her shorts and blouse then pulled her heels on.

She took a glance in the mirror and decided that she was ready. Grabbing her purse she closed the door behind her. She called a cab and told him to drop her off at the hottest club once she was in the car. Malaya couldnt wait to start her night, which promised to be full of excitement no doubt. Earlier she had texted Chadwell and asked him if he wanted to hang out with her, but he told her he was busy.

They hadnt talked from that night that they went out to dinner and she was wondering if thats how he went about building a relationship. But who was she kidding he didnt even say he wanted a relationship in the first place. Maybe it was too good to be true. She wasnt going to be the one to start up another conversation with him or even ask him to hang out. If he wanted to he would have to come to her and Malaya wasnt even sure she wanted to go out with him again.

She still liked him but she wasnt even sure what she wanted. Now wasnt even the time to be thinking about all that. She had gotten the scholarship and was going to celebrate even if it was by herself. All her friends were in her home town and wasnt much, maybe she needed to make some new ones. Malaya wondered if she was the only one who found it hard and awkward to make new friends. Starting up a conversation with someone she didnt know just seemed so difficult.

Her thoughts were cut when the car came to a stop and she realized she was outside the building of the new and hottest club this part of town. It looked amazing and she was only outside. She couldnt wait to get inside. Malaya paid the cab fare and went to the entrance where she paid the required amount to enter and she was let inside the building. The music was so loud she figured her ear drums would just burst. Slowly she maneuvered her way over to the bar. The room was packed she was feeling all the vibrations running through her body.

It was like she was feeling every single beat of the music. And she loved it, which was a first since she didnt like loud music. She ordered a margarita and sat on the stool and took a couple sips. As if the sip wasnt doing her any good she gulped it down ordered another and did the same and then went on the dance floor.
