George's Point of View

George finished getting his police uniform on as he looked at his reflection in the mirror. He knew that being a cop would mean another crazy day of trying to catch the masked Vigilanty, answering any calls that come but it was worth it. All the money he earned he used to help his mother keep the house clean and to provide for his family.

Once his police uniform was in place George grabbed his badge, gun, handcuffs and more before heading out of his room and into the kitchen where his family sat. As he passed by his mom, he gave her a kiss on the cheek before taking his place at the table.

"Good morning." He said simply, earning a few mumbled good mornings in return.
Suddenly a colorful picture was shoved in his face by an overjoyed little girl.

"George! George! George!!" His little sister, Melody chanted as she jumped up and down.
"Look what I drew! It's you and Spiderman and look! There's me and Leo and Jason, and Dedrick, and there's Lance and Sasha and there's Mama!!" Melody said as she pointed to each messily drawn stick figure that kinda resembled each person they were named.

George smiled and picked Melody up so she sat in his lap and looked down at her drawing.

"Melodía! You really drew this?" He asked looking astonished, to which Melody nodded vigorously. (Melodía = Melody in spanish)

"This is wonderful! It belongs in an art gallery." He said as he poked her sides causing Melody to squeal and giggle as she tried to escape his grasp.

Mrs. McClain smiled at her kids before ruffling George's hair as she took Melody's art.

"Lets hang this up then if it's so wonderful." She said as she placed it on the fridge with a magnet to hold it up.
"There, displayed proudly for all to see. You have such talent, bebita." Mrs. McClain said as she kissed Melody's cheeks. Melody let out a giggle as she smiled at her mother. (Bebita = Baby girl in spanish)

"Now, you little stinker, Sasha is going to clean you up for school. Sasha?" Mrs. McClain called to her second oldest who just finished breakfast.

Sasha quickly gulped down her orange juice before wiping her face and took care of her dishes.
"Come on hermanita, let's go give you a bath." Sasha smiled as she picked Melody up of George's lap and carried her upstairs. (Hermanita = Little sister in spanish)

"Bye bye Georgie!! Have fun being a hero!!" Melody called as she waved her chubby fingers to her brother. (I swear if there are any 'It' movie comments xD)
George smiled and waved back before he sighed and leaned back in his chair. He thanked his mother for breakfast and began eating when a certain brother of his rushed down the stairs.

George smiled at Lance and chuckled softly. "Late riser?" He asked in a teasing tone, earning a half assed glare from said male.
"What kept you up?" George asked serious as he continued to eat.

He watched as Lance struggled with his own thoughts before sighing. "Ok you know how I auditioned for the school musical last week?" He started off, to which George nodded.
"Well I didn't make it, but that's not what's bothering me. After me and Keith auditioned, he ran out and I followed him and everything was kind of a blur then. He said some things and then..." George watched as Lance turned bright red and look down at his plate.
