"The what?!" I had just told Noah everything: about my five new friends and the Heartless attacking in the alleyway. Now, all of us were in attendance to help prove to my brother that what I said was true. But I had saved the biggest news for last. "I'm a keyblade wielder," I said. Everyone looked shocked except for Rhyme, who had witnessed me summoning the keyblade.

When Noah said he didn't believe me, I focused all of my energy into summoning my keyblade and, in the same flash of light and purple, heart-shaped petals, it appeared in my hand. "Whoa," Noah gapped. Lea got the same reaction from Sora and them when he first summoned his keyblade in Dream Drop Distance. This time, I actually got a good look at it.

My keyblade is like Sora's in the fact that it has a simple design, but the two are not identical. The shaft of the blade was cylindrical and silver, but on one end, two curved blades spread in both directions. The handle consisted of purple, metallic, heart-shaped pieces and a black grip. The chain that extended from the bottom of the handle was rounded (it looked like two chains bound together) and at the end of it, a pink crystal heart glittered.

To be honest, this keyblade isn't what I expected for myself

To be honest, this keyblade isn't what I expected for myself... but I still liked it. Noah asked, "How do you have that, Aislynn?"

"I don't know! Keyblade wielders inherit their powers, but I never had a proper inheritance ceremony." Shiki stepped towards me. "I didn't know that." I glared, but then I softened, as not to offend her. Noah stared at me, one of his eyes hidden behind his hair. "Regardless, the keyblade chooses its master. Still, I'm surprised it chose you."

When I questioned about his meaning, he got in my face. "Because you have no sense." Those words are like a wasp, always stinging. I hate wasps. Never before have I been stung by a bee, but four separate times I have been stung by a wasp. Whoever said "Words will never hurt me" was stupid. Words do hurt. People don't know how hard it is for me.

"Also, don't be excited about this. The Heartless are never going to leave you alone now."

Joshua closed the distance in between us, his hands now a pair of clamps that gripped my shoulders tight. "Aislynn, what is he talking about?" Pushing his hands off of my shoulders, I told him, "The heart of a key bearer is the ultimate prize to the Heartless. They will always find me." The question surprised me; Joshua knows a lot of things, so it surprised me that he knew so little about the Heartless.

Noah pushed Joshua out of the way and protectively stood in front of me. "This is all your fault," he said, addressing my new friends. "We were fine before. We didn't ask for any of this!" Enraged, I spun him and wacked his forehead. "Stop it!" I yelled. "It's not their fault."

Noah stared at me in defeat. "They don't belong here, Aislynn. They should go back to their world." I wanted to yell again, but I realized that wasn't the best idea. Grabbing Noah's rough hands, I told him the facts. "They can't go back. They don't even remember how they got here."

Joshua then helped me explain my theory to my little brother. However, Noah pointed out something new that I never considered: the fact that time flows differently between worlds. The timers may have stopped because of the rules of this world, but in Shibuya, the Reaper's Game was probably still running. Why hadn't I though of this before?"

After our little meeting with Noah was over, me and the others headed to the clubhouse for another little discussion. Once inside I noticed something that I knew hadn't been there before: a holographic image that said "Shop". Even though no one had said it yet, I already knew what it was.

"A Moogle!" Shiki shouted. Moogles sell things and often appear in different worlds. Rhyme's eyes shined like two stars. "Aislynn, we could use the munny we got!" To be honest, I wasn't too sure about this. "It's a good idea," Neku stated. "If your brother's right and Heartless do pop up again, it would be wise of us to stock up on items."

It was like Neku had just read my mind. Was his player pin working again? I didn't get much time to think about it. All of us took our places on couch. I sat between Neku and Joshua. Once we were all seated, the discussion began.

"Alright," started Joshua, "We now know that Aislynn is a keyblade wielder." Everyone nodded in response.

"But I still need training. I only just summoned it today."

Joshua started stroking my arm "It's alright. We can convert the spare bedroom into a training room."

I pulled away; his touch stung me, making me uncomfortable. "That's not what I meant. I meant that I'm going to need your help."

"We should be a team," I stated, "and we'll each have a role to play. "I gestured to the boy in the punk clothes. "Beat could be our muscle!" He jumped in his seat. "I'm only fifteen, yo. I don't even lift!" Beat is fifteen? I could've sworn he was much older. "Regardless," I said, "you are the most built out of all of us." In response, Beat flexed his arm muscles.

"Rhyme's like," I started, "Our moral compass." She smiled. "Really," she asked. "Yes. You give people some pretty useful advice. Heck, you gave me useful advice today. Moral compass seems to fit you perfectly."

Shiki looked at me. "What's my role? Thinking, I came up with the perfect idea. "Shiki, you're the cheerleader!" She held up Mr. Mew. "You inspire us, Shiki. You're really perky and you can cheer us all up with your smile. Mr. Mew can be our mascot."

Neku sank into his collar and held onto his headphones. "Neku," I asked, "are you even listening?" He let go of his headphones and gripped the seat. "Yes. What's my role?" Shiki gave a small excited jump. "You can be the psych master," she cried out. I had no idea what that was. "What's a psych?"

Neku took several pins out of his pockets. "Each pin has a unique power," Neku explained. "I can tap into those powers and use them to fight." Realization dawned on me. "And those powers are called psyches?" I asked. Neku nodded.

"Joshua's the number cruncher," I said. He looked up from his phone. "Think about it. You like complex equations. You're extremely knowledgeable. It just fits you, Joshy." Joshua's eyes widened. "Joshy?" I could feel myself blushing. "Sorry," I breathed, "Joshua."

"I guess that makes you our leader," said Joshua. If I was red before, I was turning an even brighter shade of red now. "No, no. I'm no leader." Joshua tried to grab my hand. "Look at me," he said. I refused to meet them. "You're a keyblade wielder, Aislynn. Who better to lead us?" Shivers ran down my spine; that seemed to happen nowadays whenever Joshua talked to me. "Okay," I said, "I'll do it."

"Now, all we need is a name," Joshua proclaimed. I already had the perfect name in mind. "How about the Dream Team?" Everyone stared at me as if I had said something wrong; how uncomfortable that made me feel. Still, I regained my composure and stuck to my guns. "I'm the Queen of Dreams, so it makes sense." Turns out, I was afraid for nothing, as everyone liked the name. Thus, the Dream Team was born.
