Going home

Larry picked alex up bridal style and carried her back to their bedroom, she was crying uncontrollably and shaking! Larry sat here on the bed and held her like a newborn baby, he sat there and cried with her knowing there were no words that could comfort her right now. Nothing could take this pain away..

Larry : Alex I know that there is nothing I could say that would ease your pain baby but I am here to do whatever you need me to do....

Alex started hyperventilating which scared larry, he screamed for lau and chanelle to call the doctor. "Alex baby you need to calm down, you pass out if you don't "! And then everything went black.

Alex wakes up to a beeping sound and a terrible headache, " what's going on, where am I " ? You in hospital babe, you pass out and we bring you here "! It was late afternoon and larry had to get ready to leave for their workshop, he didn't want to leave but he knew he had to go. The doctor came in to speak to alex !

Well Miss. Johnson I've looked over your charts and you can go home, under these circumstances I gave you a mild tranquilizer to calm you down. I have also given you a prescription for them just in case you may need them, I hope you have someone that will stay with you tonight! " Yes, I have my friend that will stay with me "! Good, now I want you to get plenty of rest !

The doctor leaves the room and the nurse brings in a wheelchair to walk her out to the car, when they got to the entrance of the hospital there were cameras and news stations all lined up ready to hound her with questions!

Alex : what is all this shit? why are they here and how did they know I was here !

Miss Johnson we heard about the passing of your father, would you like to make a statement? Miss Johnson look over here (flash ) !

Larry was pushing everybody back so that alex could get in the car ! "Please can you move, she no have comment right now, get back !

She got in the car and larry made a statement after getting an okii from alex.

"This is a very private and emotional time for us all, please respect our privacy as we deal with this, when she ready to talk she will but not now. thank you !

And with that larry got in the car and drove off...

Back at the house larry made sure that alex was comfortable and had everything she would need at her side. He had to get going because he didn't want to be late for their workshop. He kissed her and told her if she needed him to call and he would be back, she said okii and gave him a smile !

Chanelle stayed by her side holding her hand and crying with her.

Chanelle : I know you are heart broken right now and nothing can heal that pain but you need to know that he is in a better place, no more suffering no more pills to take no more pain ! God knew it was his time and we have to remember that through it all God is good and his mercy endures! You will be okii girl, you got larry, lau, me and your family to help you get through this !

Alex gave Chanelle a hug and laid down to sleep! When she finally did wake it was almost 10p.m. ...

Oh my god I have to start making travel arrangements and help my mama set up everything for daddy! I know he wants a memorial service because he told me that one night I called him because I felt he needed me. I didn't want to talk about it but he was very clear and I knew he wasn't going to be here much longer, I don't think I can do this !

By this time larry and lau were getting back from their workshop and larry went straight to alex picking her up and placing her on his lap, cradling her rocking back and forth....
