"Party Time "

Everyone was still sitting in the living room in silence. Larry was rocking Nia to sleep while Alex whipped her face from the tears that had fallen while talking to Lilo, "okii you know what today is a very special day, my husband and my bro-in-law have turned 26 today so happy birthday my love and happy birthday Lau "!

With everything that has happened everyone completely forgot about their birthday, "babe I forgot it was our birthday today but you remembered after what has happened "!

Alex : Of course I'd remember your birthday regardless of what is going on this day is all about you guys. We will have time to mourn for the baby but today we are going to celebrate !

Lau : Are you sure you feel up to doing anything sister ? You know we can celebrate any time !

Alex : We are celebrating today, tomorrow or the day after isn't your birthday! Now can someone help me up so I can go and start breakfast!

Larry : Non Alex, I will go lay Nia down in her bed and come back to cook for everybody! I no want you up on you feet right now, you body is still fragile and even though it's my day I going to take care of my wife !

Larry kissed her lips and got up to take Nia to her room to lay her down. Lau helped Alex off the couch going to the kitchen, he sat her down at the table and took a seat next to her. "Why are you so quiet Lau ? This is really not like you "!

Lau : I no know Alex, I guess I'm feeling guilty in a way !

Alex : Why are you feeling guilty Lau ?

Lau : Because you and nelle were supposed to have babies together and now you baby gone. (Breaking down crying )

Alex was shocked at what Lau was telling her, she got up out of her chair holding on to the table to balance herself! She wrapped her arms around his head pulling him into her embrace, "oh Lau everything happens for a reason. I was blessed to have Nia and LJ and I have Lilo too, my body couldn't handle another pregnancy after the twins and I knew that but I wanted to give Larry as many babies as I could even if it meant I lose my life in the process! You have nothing to feel guilty about okii"!

Lau looked at Alex shaking his head, Larry walked in the kitchen to see Alex up comforting Lau. He walked over to the table pulling a chair up beside Lau and put his head on his shoulder!

Larry : I know you feeling bad for me and Alex. You no have to mon frere, we are happy for you and Chanelle!

Lau : I know you are but they were suppose to have babies together Larry and now ......

Lau was heartbroken over this situation, Chanelle walked in the kitchen to see Alex and Larry trying to calm him down, "what's going on in here and why is he balling his eyes out "?

Alex : He feels guilty about me losing the baby. We were suppose to have babies together but hey that's life.

Chanelle started to feel bad herself about the situation and started to break down. Alex left Lau with Larry while she slowly walked over to Chanelle. She wrapped her arms around her neck comforting her, "oh lord Chanelle. I can't have you and your fiance' breaking down on me like this"!

Chanelle pulled herself together helping Alex back to the table, "listen to me all of you. Larry and I have been dealt a heavy blow right now, yes we are devastated, yes it hurts and yes all we want to do is go crawl in a corner cry our eyes out and not go on ! But guess what we can't do that, we have our kids to take care of and we have you two that are getting married next weekend. So like I said we will have our time to mourn but not today, not tomorrow, now stop all this crying so we can fix breakfast for your birthday "!
