Why Did I fall in love with you!

Chapter 20

Alex was laying in the bed, thinking back on all of the good times she had with Larry. She didn't want to throw away the two and a half years she had with him, yeah they would fight and some times not sleep in the same bed after those fights but it was the love they had for one another that brought them back together.

Not to mention the make up sex was worth the arguing, but now she wasn't sure if love would be enough this time around. Could their love bring them back to were they used to be ?

Alex picked up the phone and called Larry, she needed to hear his voice. She needed to know how hard he would work to fix their relationship!

Larry : Alex is something wrong ? Is the baby okii ?

Alex : Everything is fine Larry, I need to see you. I can't say what I need to say over a phone!

Larry :Okii my love I coming....

Alex : Thank you Larry, see you when you get here.

Larry : I love you Mrs. Bourgeois!

Alex smiled and hung up the phone, Larry jumped up off the couch and put his shoes on.

Lau : Where you think you going Larry ?

Larry : Alex call me, she say she need to talk to me. I not sure what she going to say bro but I pray she no say it's over !

Lau : Think positive Larry, she call you and that a good thing. Don't give up on her and don't give up on you love for her, she still love you man !

Larry smiled and walked to his mama's room to kiss her good night, she was sitting in a chair that Alex had made specifically for her. She was looking at television when he walked in "I come to say good night mama, Alex call me and she wants to talk. I no think I ready for her to say it's over and she take the baby from me. What should I do mama "?

Mama B just smiled and kissed Larry on the forehead and said "aller apre´s " (go after ) her son, no give up just yet !

Larry got up and kissed his mama and said "merci mama ", he started to leave when he never did find out how she liked her room !

Larry : How you like you room mama, Alex spend a lot of time designing it ?

Mama B : Tell my daughter I love it. She have really good taste son, I feel like I'm home here. Now go no keep her waiting!

Larry smiled and left out the door, he peeked in on Lilo to see if she was up ! Lilo was on the floor surrounded by her stuffed animals sleeping,  Larry picked her up and put her to bed. He kissed her goodnight and turned off the lights leaving a night lite on for her.

He grabbed his keys and walked to his car, he turned the key and their song was playing on the radio,  " when I first saw you ". Larry turned the song up thinking back to the night he held Alex in his arms singing this to her. He finally realized right there that Alex was his dream come true, she was his everything, he drove out of the driveway holding back his tears " I finally get it now, when I first laid eyes on her I saw my future in her smile, I felt true love deep down in my soul when she tell me she was going to have my baby. She believed in me and my dreams, she make me a better man because of her love for me. I gonna fight for my family, I no give up "!

Larry drove like a crazy person racing to get to her, he pulled in the parking lot and sat there for a minute pulling himself together. Gathering enough strength to face her and accept whatever choice she makes, he took a deep breath and got out of the car and walked in the hospital!
