"I Have Nothing If I Don't Have You"

     

Beep....Beep....Beep

Larry watched Alex all through the night touching her, kissing her hand looking for any sign of life....

Larry : You know what baby, I can't wait to take you and our babies home. The nursery is all finished, Lilo help out a lot ! I had a shirt made for her, it say "big sister of Nia & LJ"... Alex baby please open you eyes so you can see me, so you can see you babies. We need you please I can't live without Alex !

Mike came in to check her vitals and to see how Larry was holding up, "hey Larry why don't you go to the house and get some rest and something to eat, I'll call if there is any change "!

Larry : I can't leave her here alone Mike, I want to be the first thing she sees when she opens her eyes. I just can't leave , not until I can take her home !

Mike : Okay, I'll have Bianca bring you some food from the house. The food here is terrible, I will have them set up a bed in here for you too. How does that sound ?

Larry got up and hugged Mike, "merci my friend ". He walked back over to Alex and laid his head on her chest to hear her heart beat, he kissed her lips and sat down holding her hand praying for a miracle.

~Morning~

Mama J was the first one up, she got out of bed and grabbed her bible and held it close to her chest. "God I know you didn't bring my daughter this far to leave her when she needs you the most. I need you to please hear me this morning Jesus, I need you to wake my baby girl up so she can be a mama to those precious babies. So she and Larry can work things out and be a family, Father only you can make the impossible, possible! Lord Jesus hold us together and give us strength to go on, please Jesus I lost my husband I can't lose my daughter too !

As Mama J was praying Bianca walked down to the kitchen to prepare breakfast, she called Mike at the hospital to see if there had been in change in Alex's condition!

Bianca: Hey honey, has there been any change in Alex at all ?

Mike : Sorry honey but no, her heart is beating strong and her vitals look good which is a good thing but it's up to Alex if and when she wakes up. I told Larry that you would bring him some food, he won't leave her until she wakes up so have some one bring his clothes down here, I've got to go honey I'll see you later . Bye !

Bianca hung up the phone and broke down, she couldn't hold back the tears. Just then Mama J walked in the kitchen to see Bianca sobbing, she slowly walked up to her and said "oh God no no not my baby, not my child "! (screaming) Everybody came running in the kitchen, Chanelle ran to Mama J trying to console her.

Lau : Is my sister okii ? Please tell me !

Bianca: Alex is still alive, I'm sorry its just still no change in her condition! Mike said her heart is beating strong and everything else is good, she just needs to wake up !

Mama J : My child is still alive, my child is still alive....

Lau : Come and sit down Mama J...

Bianca: I will start breakfast and then we can get ready to go to the hospital!

Bianca was a great cook, she whipped up some pancakes, french toast, hash browns, biscuits, eggs, grits and fresh fruit ! She also made Mike and Larry plates to take with them...
