Hard to say goodbye!

Friday morning, Alex woke up to Larry softly rubbing her head."Good morning love, how did you sleep ?

Alex : I slept okii love, I'm just not ready to face today ! I feel so weak right now I just need a minute to get it together!

Larry : I love you Mrs. Bourgeois , take your time baby. I go get you some water so you can take your medicine okii baby I be right back !

Larry went down to the kitchen to get Alex some water, when he walked in there he saw mama j making breakfast! She was moving slow and was humming a song to herself when she saw Larry walk in,"good morning Larry, did you and Alex sleep ok ?

Larry : Oui, Alex was a little upset after taking her shower but I give her the pills the doctor gave her and she calmed down then went to sleep !

Mama J : That's good, I know today won't be easy on any of us but with prayer and God's grace we will get through day and the days after this.

Mama J was the rock of the family, she was keeping it together for everyone else because she knew if she broke down then no one would be able to survive let alone keep it together! "You tell Alexandria to get up and get moving breakfast will be ready shortly ", Larry gave mama j a hug and took Alex her water so she could take her pills. When Larry got back to the room he saw Alex standing by the window gazing out looking at the sun shining."Here's your water love, what you looking at?

Alex : Just looking at the sun shining this morning that's all love, are you ready for today ?

Larry : Oui, I am ready.

Alex : Good because I'm going to need your strength to get through today baby.

Larry wrapped Alex in his arms and held her tight, kissing her forehead softly. Alex took her pills and started getting ready, Lau and Chanelle were dressed and down stairs for breakfast!

Mama J : Y'all look good this morning, how did you sleep?

Chanelle: We slept good mama, just trying to keep it together!

Mama J : I understand baby, just do your best that's all you can do !

Larry was putting the final touches to his twist and pulling them back in a pony tail, he was standing there in his black suit when Alex stepped in the room ! She had on a long black dress with slits coming up to her knees on the sides of her dress, her hair was pulled back into a bun ! Larry looked at her and smiled "You look so beautiful Alex, you take my breath away every time I see you baby "!

Alex smiled and kissed Larry passionately, "come on love, let's go and eat "!

Larry and Alex walked down the stairs hand and hand, they went into the kitchen to eat.

Mama J : Good morning baby girl, I want you to eat something this morning even if you don't feel like it !

Alex fixed herself a small plate and forced the food down, she wasn't feeling all that great but she managed to keep her food down. When everyone was done they went into the living room waiting for James and for the rest of the family !

After a half an hour James showed up with some family members, everyone said their hellos and got into the cars to leave for the church.

The church was packed, from family and friends even some of Alex celebrity friends made it to show their support (to many to name ), the church was huge it could seat a thousand people easily. Wall to wall flowers every where, the Crystal chandelier' s gave the church a fancy look. The seats were deck out in royal blue, music was playing and people were standing around talking.
