Shit just got real !

It's been a week since the guys left for Dubai, it hasn't been an easy week but everyone managed to make it through!

Alex continued to have back spasms almost seemingly like everyday, Chanelle was busy running around taking care of last minute details for Alex birthday surprise! Lilo was being a big help to Chanelle and Alex, she was being a "nurse" to Alex and Chanelle's go to girl for ideas for the babies room !

Mama J and Mama B were getting along great and taking care of Alex. Being that she really couldn't do very much anymore now that she was 6 months pregnant, "mama can you please help me finish the laundry "!

Mama J : Why are you doing that Alexandria ? I told you that I would get to it after I fixed Lilo her lunch !

Alex : I know but I have to help out in some way, I don't want everybody doing everything for me ! I have to be able to keep busy or else I'll drive myself insane!

While Alex was talking the phone rang, "hey love, how is everything going in Dubai?

Larry : Oh baby it's beautiful here, the weather is perfect. Is everything okii with you and the babies?

Alex : We're still on schedule for a November birth and Lilo is having a ball helping me pick out different themes for the twins !

Larry : I can't wait to be home with you and kiss you belly. I miss talking to my babies and holding you at night, how you back babe !

Alex : It's still hurting bad but your mama has been a big help and a blessing. She has been doing so much for me I just feel bad that I can't return the favor right now !

Larry : Mama understand what you body going through, she have nine babies! But no worry babe I be back soon, we finish up early so we coming back sooner !

Alex : That's great love, but I need to go my back is really starting to hurt now so call me when you guys are headed home okii. I love you Mr. Bourgeois! !!!

Larry :I love you Mrs. Bourgeois, see you soon babe !

Alex didn't really pay attention to what Larry said, her back was hurting her really bad now. Mama B was doing what she could but nothing was helping at this point, Alex was screaming at the top of her lungs. The pain was so intense she couldn't move, she could barely breath. Mama J called her doctor and told him what she had been going through!

The doctor made a special trip to the house to see her, as he came in Larry and Lau were pulling up in the driveway. You could hear Alex holler out in agony, Larry jumped out the car and ran in the house to see what was going on !

Larry : Baby I here for you, what's going on is it the twins ?

Mama B : Larry, what are you doing here ? You not suppose to be here for another week son, where you brother ?

Larry : We finish early, Lau in the car getting the bags. I heard Alex holler and I came running inside!

The doctor gave her a shot that eased the pain and made her sleep, she didn't even realize that Larry was back home. " doctor how much longer will Alex go through this thing with her back "?

Doctor: Well by the way it looks one of the babies is positioned on a nerve in her back. I want you to bring her in tomorrow so I can actually see what's going on.. I've given her something for the pain which should last through out the night, but if she has any other pains call me and take her to the hospital at once...
