When the dust rumbles and the darkness comes from the abyss and it surrounds me.
It surrounds me like flies, trying to poison my mind.
It wants to make me blind. It wants to take me away again into its arms.
But I deny it. I deny it.
Lord you save me.
You save me from the grave. The grave that tries to swallow me.
You help me deal with the shock waves.
And you free me so I am no longer a slave.
You have engraved yourself onto my heart. I am no longer deprived of faith.
Like a wraith the doubt tries to surround itself around me.
But I am free.. Free from the faithlessness. Free from my fear, and free of my past wounds.
You guarantee all my needs will be provided no matter the struggle.
In my doubt I know that you are there.
In my fear I know that you are there.
I no longer have to juggle myself.
I never have to prove me to you, you do that on your own.
I am known, I am not alone.
Satan your words shall be cut off from me like the snake you are.
You have been dethroned. You no longer hold any sway over me.

Like a fire I explode in fury. With the match you strike against me.
I am never empty in faith, even in doubt I know you will always be there.
And when I can't bare the pain, and the fear. In your arms I am safe.
Under your wings, I am saved.
When I don't know where to go, you are there with arms stretched out showing me the way.
When I stray, and the anger raises in me, you will always be there as a soft whisper.
Telling me to have faith in you. Walk by faith.
Like a swathe, you wrap me up in love.
You dispose, you get rid of everything that is wrong within me.
You heal the doubt that rises within me and you continue to ignite my flame.
My flame never blows away. It never goes out for my faith in you is never gone.
You knock on my heart and you tell me, "Nothing is going to happen, you are safe."
I am not rif-raf in your eyes. In your eyes I am a strong warrior.
Lord you save me, You save me.. FROM.. Me.
In your glorious wonder my barrier is removed and I reign victorious.
I am no longer a foreigner. I am no longer inferior. You save me .. from me.
