It was lunch time again and Daniel ended up coming after all.
Daniel and Hazel kept whispering about something so you talked with Heidi
Y/n: "I wonder what they're talking about"
Heidi: "I think I might know but I don't know if I should say"
Y/n: "It's okay you don't have to"
-Daniel's POV-
I was eating a sandwich when Hazel started talking to me.
Hazel: "Daniel you gotta ask y/n to the dance"
Daniel: "She'll just friend zone me"
Hazel: "Cmon it's worth trying"
Daniel: "I know but I don't want anything to be awkward between us, I like what we have and I had an amazing time texting her last night"
Hazel: "Ooo what'd you guys talk about?"
Daniel: "School for her and the dance"
Hazel: "Hinting that maybe she wants you to ask her!"
Daniel: "I don't think so"
Hazel: "Just be smooth about it"
Daniel: "Finnee I'll ask her but if she says no I'll tell you I told you so"

Y/n: "Alright you guys, are you guys telling secrets? Like who you have a crush on"
Daniel: "Uhh"
Y/n: "Daniel, how come you never told me you liked someone?"
Daniel: "You'll know soon"
Y/n: "Well Alright"
Lunch ends and Daniel stops you before you go to the next class.
Daniel: "Wait. Y/n."
Y/n: "Yeah?"
Daniel: "Would you like to go to the dance together?"
Y/n: "Yeah! We're all already going together with Hazel and Heidi"
Daniel: "I meant like... nvm"
Y/n: "Okay let's go to class"
