Jihoon was working on a song for the group's next comeback, his eyes burning from staring at the computer screen for too long but he didn't bother taking a break. He didn't think it was necessary.

When the door swung open, he was surprised. He wasn't expecting anybody to come to his studio at all today. He was even more surprised when he saw the excited, dark haired boy in his studio run over to him and press multiple kisses to his lips.

Soonyoung sat himself down on top of Jihoon's lap, not saying a word as he smiled brightly and rested his forehead against his boyfriend's, who couldn't help but smile, too. "Missed you," he mumbled, pressing another chaste kiss to the smaller boy's lips.

"What brings you here?" Jihoon asked, wrapping his arms around Soonyoung to keep him in place, "You didn't tell me you were coming."

"Your post on Instagram was so sweet," the older boy said, his eyes not leaving Jihoon's as he threaded his fingers through the singer's hair.

"You came all the way here because of an Instagram post?" mused Jihoon, amused at his boyfriend's actions.

"No," Soonyoung denied, "I came all the way over here because I missed you and your Instagram post made me realise just how much. Now, tell me you haven't been sitting here the entire day."

Jihoon didn't say anything and Soonyoung pulled himself away from the boy and let out a groan. "Come on, kitten," he whined, "You can't hole yourself up in here all the time. I know you're getting ready for the comeback but that's only next year. Come on, let's go out and get something to eat, okay?"

"Baby, we can't just go out whenever we feel like." Jihoon sighed. "I really wish we could but—"

"It's just lunch," Soonyoung defended, "Come on, I won't even hold your hand. How can there be a scandal about two guys literally just going out to eat?"

"Okay," Jihoon agreed. The older boy didn't move, still sitting on Jihoon's lap. "You have to get off me if you want to go for lunch, Soonyoung."

Soonyoung raised his eyebrows. "Soonyoung?" he repeated.

"You're like five months older than me, oh my God." Soonyoung gave him a look. "Fine, let's go, Soonyoung hyung." The older boy smiled and got off his lap, grabbing his hand and Jihoon raised his eyebrows.

"I'll let go when we get to the entrance," Soonyoung assured him. Jihoon rolled his eyes playfully and saved the project he was working on before turning the equipment off using one hand, his other still linked with Soonyoung's. "Wait, wait, wait." Soonyoung pulled the younger boy back before they could leave the studio and the latter turned around to face him, wondering why he was stopped. The brunet reached out to cup Jihoon's face, leaning in to give him a strong kiss, squeezing the boy's hand with one hand and stroking his cheek with the thumb of the other.

"Love you," Soonyoung reminded him, resting his forehead against the smaller boy's briefly before letting a large smile take over his features as he pulled away.

"Love you, too," Jihoon mumbled shyly.

Even though they'd been together since even before Jihoon became famous, the dancer never failed to make him feel butterflies in his stomach at the simplest touches. As much as he denied it, Jihoon loved skinship with his boyfriend and found himself blushing whenever Soonyoung showered him with compliments.

And even though they'd known each other almost their entire lives, they never got tired of each other's presence. The feelings that they had when their relationship first began still remained to that day.

Thankfully, they'd been able to keep their relationship behind closed doors and away from the media but Jihoon knew that because Soonyoung was starting to get more recognition and fame, they would have to be even more careful than before. Thankfully, he knew that there would be fans who would support them, just as they did Wonwoo and Mingyu, but he also knew that his company might not be as lenient as theirs had been.

Jihoon's career was his everything, but Soonyoung was his entire world. If it came down to choosing between the two, he had no idea what he would do.
