Yoongi was never the type to believe in fate. Fate seemed like something that only appeared in fairy tales to give boring characters a reason to love random strangers just for the heck of it. Actually, maybe he did believe in fate at one point in his life but not now, not anymore. Not after he watched it crumble into ruins because if this really was fate's doing, then it must be some sick joke the universe was playing on him.

Jimin, however, was a completely different story. He's believed that everything happened was for a reason and that universe has your story written out for you. He's believed that every friend, enemy, and lover he ended up with or left behind was there for a reason. He believed he grew stronger and wiser with every broken and successful relationship he had. So when a boy, who had him whipped so hard, appeared in front of him coincidentally three times, he was sure that this was fate.

"Oh, Jimin, I didn't know you went here,"

"I guess I never really told you, since it never came up in conversation," Jimin smiled sheepishly. It was strange how he'd never mentioned it before. But then again, they'd only met two times prior to this.

Jimin planted himself down onto the empty seat, greeting Seokjin.

Jin grinned, "Hello, Jimin-ah. Also, if you don't mind me asking, how do you know Yoongi?"

"Ah-" How's he supposed to explain that he met him at the bar that Yoongi was working at? He'll probably seem like another asshole that took advantage of Yoongi. It's not like he knew Yoongi was a worker in the first place.

"Jimin fell in love and lust at first sight when they met at a bar," Hoseok interrupted.

"Hobi!" Jimin flushed.

"What? I'm not wrong, am I?"

Jin chuckled at the banter.

Jimin glanced over at Yoongi who he hoped would be laughing a little but his attention seemed fixed upon Jungkook. They were talking about something but Jimin couldn't hear. Would it be okay if he interrupted?

"Yoongi hyung," Jimin started but quickly halted as he realized it had just slipped out subconsciously.

Yoongi turned his focus away from Jungkook, "Hm?"

"O-Oh um, I was just going to ask you how your day was," He awkwardly forced a grin.

"It was fine. I just slept mostly," He let out a breathy laugh, "Work sucks, y'know? How was yours?"

Oh right, his work. "Not too bad. Just classes and all. It's gotten a lot better, though,"

"Really? How so?"

"Because I got to see you," Jimin boldly replied, feeling himself shrink a little and blush at what he said.

Jimin could see (or maybe he was hallucinating) but Yoongi most definitely had a light dusting of pink over his pale cheeks and God, if that wasn't cute, he didn't know what the hell was cute anymore. Even the tips of his ears flushed a little, too. Jimin really, really wished no one else was around right now.

"Yah, stop flirting. I am disgusted," Hoseok grimaced, only to be quickly replaced with a light hearted laugh.

Jimin punched him in the arm, "I have to tolerate you and Tae's flirting all the time,"
