Odell's Pov

When I woke up Lexie was gone but I felt bad. I kept her up all night partying and she never got chance to study. Not that she needs it anyway but I didn't even wish my baby girl good luck. Therefore I quickly grabbed my phone and texted her because I don't know if she started testing yet our not.

Once I texted her I felt better so I got up and started my shower. I got in and got cleaned up and washed up. After I was finished I brushed my teeth and washed my mouth out.

After I walked in the room and just put on my practice clothes. I then grabbed my phone and walked downstairs. I made my protein shake then grabbed my duffel out the laundry room and got in my car and took off to practice.

It took about eighteen minutes but I finally pulled up to stadium and parked. Once I parked I got out the car and saw my boy Adam. I dabbed him up and we started walking towards the locker room. Once we got in the locker room I dabbed everyone up and then started taking my things out my duffel bag.

" Yo O we hitting the track first or what," Jamel asked.

" Naw dude we about to lift some weights first," Odell said.

" Damn I'm done with that I rather run today damn nigga hurting,"Benjamin said.

" Suck it up then nigga don't no body gives a damn," Odell said laughing.

" Dang What's got you pumped up this morning," Adam asked.

" I bet it's Lexie since she moved in now," Benjamin said laughing.

" Dang O when you done with that let me have it," the rookie said.

I hate this time of the season we always have some new rookies. They come and think they high off they ass but they normally don't trip me out because I'm the face of the team and captain.

Until today when one of them mention Lexie name. Everybody knows better so after he said that the whole locker room got quiet. I wanted to ring this nigga neck off his body right now.

" Young blood stay in your place," Adam said shaking his head knowing Odell blood was boiling.

" Chill our real talk that's that man girl," Benjamin said.

" Or what everyone know Odell a big player. He just fucking the latest piece of ass I just wanna-," the rookie said only to be cut off by punch to the jaw and to be backed up into wall my Odell's arm.

" Her name doesn't come out your mouth no more rookie you got it before I crush every bone in your neck," Odell said and he finally let the boy go and he was gagging to catch his breath.

" That's what your jackass get you not nobody with your rookie ass," Jamel said throwing towel at him.

" Let's hit the gym old players rookies hit the track 20 laps and when you're finished with
that run suicides until I tell you stop," Odell said.

" Man you seriously had piss the captain off stupid ass," rookie two said.

" Y'all heard me get to moving," Odell said hitting the lockers making everybody leave the locker room but Adam stayed behind.

" You good O," Adam asked tapping his shoulder.

" I'm straight let's go," Odell said walking out the locker room.

After we worked out since I was in charge of practice today we went and watched the rookies run suicides I must say it did make me feel better because they was looking like bunch assess and clowns.

We all watched until I made them stop at thirty. I ain't trying to be here all day so after they ran we did the football drills and the plays. Then we were finished and wrapped practice in two hours today. After that was finished me and some of the dudes decided to go play pool and have couple drinks.

Odell Pov Hours Later

When I walked through the door of my house it was quiet so I guess Lexie was sleeping. The guys and I had went played pool and chilled after practice but then they rolled to strip club. I decided not to go because Lexie has a long day ahead tomorrow.

I know she probably going to kill me because I didn't come home when I say I was. I haven't even packed my clothes yet to leave for Los Angeles and I know Lexie gone flip when she sees me. I took my shoes off and walked upstairs and when I got to our room I didn't see Lexie.

I started looking upstairs but I didn't see her but all the cars here. I walked back downstairs and laughed at myself a little. I didn't even realize she was asleep on the couch in one of my shirts.

I just admire how good my baby look. Then this little rookie still got me pissed but I showed his ass. I'm not about let no one disrespect my girl especially not while I'm present.

At the end of the day I don't care because she my baby and would do anything for me and I would do anything for her. It's just something about this girl that drives me crazy yall.

Being in this world and having older guy friends to look up to make me know how much badder I want Lexie. You think you wanna live like them but you don't. They try stop you from making the same mistakes they did.

I don't wanna have no baby mama and be fighting on TMZ. I wanna have family and maybe wife one day and I definitely see that with my baby girl Lexie. I wanna give her the world and make sure she's happy. My true inspiration is Stephan and Ayesha they just have the perfect relationship.

Once I snapped out of my thoughts I leaned down on the couch and picked her up and she groaned little. Once I had her in my arms she snuggled her head into my neck and started snoring. I just giggled and then walked upstairs and put her in the bed underneath the covers. I kissed her forehead and whispered I love you to her.

After I walked into the closet to pack but I already saw two suitcases and duffel on the floor. When I opened it I saw my clothes and some of my jewelry in my jewelry bag. The second bag I opened I saw my shoes and stuff.

I just smiled and then I got up and walked back into the room and just crawled in bed next to my baby and called it night.

Sorry to tell you but a lot of drama about to begging in next few chapters !!
