Lexie Pov

When Odell and I left the interview I couldn't stop thinking about this voice mail I just got and what Odell said. We were heading to the zoo but the whole car ride I didn't say anything because in that moment I had lot on my mind.

I guess because I wasn't saying anything and I wasn't sitting close to him he noticed something was wrong with me.Therefore he pulled me closer to him and wrapped his arms around my waist and kissed the top of my head.

" What's wrong you haven't said two words since we left out the interview room and got in the car Lex," Odell asked.

" Nothings wrong," Lexie said smiling.

" Lexie Liberty Westbrooks I know when you lying because you don't lie. When you do your nose start twitching and you scratch your right arm so what's wrong," Odell asked.

" What you said it keeps replay over and over again in my head," Lexie said scooting away from him and looking him in the face.

" You didn't like what I said what's bothering you about it did I say something wrong," Odell asked.

" No you didn't say anything wrong Odell it's I never had someone tell me that before. It's just everything is so different dating you and my life is so different. Sometimes I don't feel like I deserve the life I live the things I have.

I really don't know why i'm emotional i'm not an emotional person you know that. It's just you got me thinking and i'm trying to figure things out. Like why me to live this lifestyle why out of all the people in the world I get to live my dream out when other's can't you know," Lexie said crying.

" Maybe it's just about to be that time of the month for you," Odell said trying to be funny which made Lexie get mad.

" You know what I don't wanna go to the zoo anymore take us back to the hotel please," Lexie said to the driver.

" No, we not going back to hotel sir keep driving," Odell said.

" SO YOU NOT GOING TAKE ME BACK TO HOTEL," Lexie asked pissed.

" Wait Lexie I was just -," before Odell could finish Lexie cut him off.

" PULL OVER PLEASE LET ME OUT THE CAR NOW," Lexie said.

" Just do what she said please," Odell said.

When the car pulled over I quickly opened the door and got out of the car. I started balling my eyes out on the side of the road in front of the ditch. Yall may think i'm overreacting I am I think but I don't know i'm just not feeling at my best right now.

" LEXIE I'M SORRY I DIDN'T MEAN TO MAKE YOU CRY I WAS JOKING," Odell said walking over to Lexie.

" Odell I don't give damn about the period joke i'm just feeling over whelmed to be honest. I haven't had this feeling since I was sixteen years old and I just got this feeling and I can't shake it. You know when everything just going right in your life and get feeling.

Someone once told me you got to balance the good out with the bad but where's my bad. I just got this pit feeling that when my bad come to balance out all good in my life it's going hit me hard I know it," Lexie said still crying.

" Lexie come here and listen to me very closely," Odell said pulling lexie into him.

" I'm sorry i'm stressing you out before your game i'm a bad girlfriend," Lexie said still crying.

" I don't even have an idea where all this coming from all of sudden because you just was okay. Although let's make this clear you have never been a bad girlfriend and I don't know what you feeling right now but stop holding it in Lexie.

I'm right here whenever you have to talk I don't give a damn what i'm doing or what's going on. You take care of everyone else so let's just make sure you take care of yourself let me take care of you.

Although I will say this stop crying because I don't like you crying and whatever you think going happened it doesn't matter.

You not sixteen and alone anymore Lexie and whatever you feeling you don't have to be alone because i'm here. When have I not had your back and held you down whatever you go through I go through it too.

Whatever hurt you hurt me so please what's really bothering you," Odell asked pulling Lexie into his chest.

" I just found out my mom got breast cancer," Lexie said crying.
