Chapter Three

Mackenzie's POV

"Hey, Fin." I smiled as I opened my front door for the British boy.

"Hello there, Mackenzie." He smiled back.

"Come in. Logan and Bri are upstairs, we are playing Xbox."

"Ace! What're you guys playing?"

"Ace?" I laughed. "Call of Duty Ghost, I think."

"It means awesome or cool where I come from." He explained.

"Cool!" I said as I opened my bedroom door.

"Hey, Fin." Logan said.

"Hello, mate." He laughed before saying, "Sorry, I'm still getting used to the American slangs."

We all laughed until Bri spoke, "Heyyyy."

"Hello." He smiled.

They stared at each other for about thirty seconds before Logan laughed.

"What?" They asked in unison.

"Nothing, lovebirds." Logan smirked.

"Turn off the Xbox, I think it's time for a bit of truth or dare." I interrupted.

"Okay." They all smiled.

After we turned off the Xbox we gathered in a little circle on the ground.

"Fin, truth or dare?" I asked.

"Truth." He answered.

"Do you find Bri attractive?"

"Truthfully, yes, of course." He grinned while Bri blushed.

"Logan, truth or dare?" Fin asked.

"Truth."

"Hmmm, do you find Bri attractive?" He asked with a grin.

"Um, what?" Logan choked.

"You heard me, now answer the question." Fin chuckled.

I eyed Logan closely, looking for the truth.

"N-No, she's just a f-friend." He looked at me then smiled. "Bri, truth or dare?" He changed the subject.

"Dare."

"I dare you to date Fin until he leaves for England." He smirked.

"Oh, um-"

"Don't worry, it'll work out." Logan laughed. "Bri, your turn."

"Mackenzie, truth or dare?" She asked me.

"Truth." I answered.

"Do you find Fin attractive?"

I quickly answered, "No! I do not!"

"Okay, okay, okay! It's your turn."

Logan leaned over and whispered in my ear, "Fin will pick dare so tell him to ask out Bri."

I shook my head and asked, "Fin, truth or dare?"

"Dare."

"I dare you to ask out Bri."

"Okay." He turned to Bri and smiled. "Bri, will you be my girlfriend?"

"Sure!" She squealed.

"Cool, now you two go hang out in Bri's room." Logan said.

"Okay." Bri grabbed his hand and they left.

"Why'd you make them leave?" I questioned.

"So I could hang out with you." He smiled.

"Oh."

He leaned in to kiss me but I stopped him.

"You choked."

"What?"

"When Fin asked you if you liked Bri you choked."

"No, I just didn't hear what he said at first."

"Don't lie to me. Do you like her?" I demanded.

"When Bri asked you if you liked Fin you flipped out! So, do you like him?"

"I flipped out because I couldn't believe she would even ask that!" I yelled.

"Are you sure? Tell me if you like him!"

"I don't like him one bit!" I said. "Do you like her?

"How can I trust you?"

"Stop changing the damn subject."

"How can I trust you?"

"Oh my god, get out now!" I yelled.

"Gladly!" He got up and slammed my door.

I was left alone thinking about the possible things that could happen.

He could like Bri. He could leave me for Bri. Ugh.
