Before I start this chapter, I would like to apologize for not updating in a while. I was on a mission trip with my youth group for about a week and I couldn't get good internet. This was because 1. the password didn't work with my phone, and 2. there were 257 other people there using the same internet. Anyways, sorry again and I hope you enjoy this chapter!
Asano's P.O.V.
"Hey Asano!" I heard a familiar voice say.
I turned my head from the window of the small restaurant I was in to face my friend Ren and sighed. He had this weird grin on his face that I really didn't like.
"What is it, Ren?" I asked, a little annoyed that he would interrupt me when I was doing my ....homework.
Ren pouted a little when he heard my tone of voice, but decided to ignore it.
"I just wanted to say hi!" he said," You know, because I normally don't see you outside of school."
"So?" I said," That doesn't mean you can interrupt me when I'm doing my homework."
"But you're doing it at a cute restaurant," said Ren," Since when did you come to these types of restaurants?"
I looked down and sighed.
"I've been coming to this restaurant for a while now," I said.
"Really?! Since when?" asked Ren.
"Since.. a month ago," I said while my face grew a light shade of pink, since I knew he would figure out why.
Ren started laughing a little before a smirk appeared on his face.
"A month ago?" he asked in a weird voice that I didn't like," Wasn't that around the time Natsuki came to Tokyo?"
"What are you implying?" I asked, trying to make sure he didn't figure out what I was doing.
"And what homework are you doing?" asked Ren," Last I checked, all of our homework was on paper, not computer!"
I looked down at my computer, a little embarrassed about forgetting that fact. After a few seconds, I looked back up at Ren, who was now sitting next to me. He was looking at the computer curiously.
"What are you researching?" he asked.
I was about to move the computer away from him, but he was quicker. He grabbed the computer, turned around, and started looking at it.
"Ren!?" I yelled while trying to get my computer back," GIVE THAT BA...!?"
"You're researching about Yomiyama?" asked Ren.
"It's none of your business," I said while trying to grab the computer.
Ren kept looking at my computer until a smile grew on his face.
"OOOOOOHHHH," he said," You wanted to take Natsuki somewhere in Yomiyama in case she became sad! That's cute!"
"SHUT UP!?" I yelled.
Ren's smile suddenly faded as he out the computer on the table, causing me to grow confused.
"I'm sorry that I have to say this now but..." he said," Natsuki doesn't want to go back."
I looked at him, even more confused then I was before.
"What do you...?"
Before I could finish my sentence, Ren started talking.
"You've been growing really close to Natsuki over the month, so I think I should tell you about it, " said Ren.
"It?" I asked," What's it?"
