TIME: 0345

EVENT: #45

The camera pans out, the sides of the screen glitch in black and white as it slowly processes.

Slim fingers moved the camera, adjusting the view to fit the mainframe of the room.

"Merry, early, fudging, Christmas."

There's a heavy sigh.

Lorelie Brook Stark sits by the chair in front of the camera, her fingers tapping the sides of the desk in obvious nervousness.

Blue eyes bags covered her face and her skin has never looked paler.

"This is recording session 45, my name is Lorelie Brook Stark, alias, Dark Witch. It's the 11th December 2015, time..."

She reaches over the camera of the laptop and checks.

"3:45 a.m. in the goddamn morning."

Her fingers return back to their original position and she raises her other hand, running it through her tangled brown hair.

The room behind her is dim and slightly destroyed.

There was a sniffle.

"Well," The girl speaks, wiping at the edge of her nose. "I suppose it could be worse."

In the video, tiny cuts can be seen marring at her knuckles, a bitter reminder of what she had done to her room after finding out.

She had been the one to take her anger out on anything she could find. Her room was simply collateral damage.

"Who am I kidding, this is worse. It can't get any worse than this," She paused, shaking her head.

Bending to the left she shoves a bunch of papers on the desk in front of her. It practically overfloods the desk, items and files falling onto the ground.

"...45 of this, and yet nothing."

Her fingers creased at her temple, eyes shutting close.

"I'm exhausted. Holy, shit, I am, exhausted." She speaks, tone heavy and filled with restrained anger. It's clear as day that she was beyond tired.

Tired, and frustrated.

"No, no," Shaking her head, she straightens her back and reaches for the papers on the floor. "Look at this, you need to see this--"

The paper is shoved at the camera, statistics and numbers revealed for all those to see.

Whoever is lucky enough to view this recording, would know what the numbers meant.

"You see this? This, is what I've been working on, for the past six, months."

The paper shows different calculations and intricate designs, the younger Stark had done in her quest to fix the problem.
