Alpha of Stargaze Pack

Lucifer sighed as his father yelled at him in rage.

"Father, seriously? He needs a Pack." His father's face got even redder in rage.

"He needs to be kept away from the Pack. I am the Alpha and I decide what's right and wrong for the Pack."

Lucifer sighed and mumbled,"I'm future heir of the Pack."

The Alpha scowled at him and turned around to watch Amber, the Pack healer, care for Asher. Lucifer could not believe what his father had ordered upon Asher. He was barely Lucifer's age. And Lucifer was only 20, poor Asher was 19.

ASHER'S POV

Asher opened his eyes to find a beautiful girl in front of him, wiping his face. She jumps back in surprise at his crystal blue eyes. There was a big well fit man behind her, staring at him intently, watching his every move.

Asher looked back at the girl and rasped, "I'm s-sorry.. I didn't mean t-to scare y-you.." The girl's face softened at his innocent words. He meant no harm to anyone. She carefully began washing his face with a wet washcloth again.

The man behind her coughed and she stepped back to let him have a closer look at Asher. The strong man stepped forward and stared at him, making Asher feel weak and he lowered his head downwards. He couldn't bare to look up into those mossy green eyes boring into him.

"I am the Alpha of Stargaze Pack."
As the Alpha spoke those words he tensed. He didn't know what a Pack was.

"I d-don't understand..." rasped Asher. The Alpha cocked an eyebrow at Asher's words and folded his arms over his chest.

Lucifer stepped from behind the Alpha and growled, "I told you, father, he doesn't know anything. You beat everything from him-" the Alpha held up his hand to be quiet. Lucifer closed his mouth with a scowl.

"I want him with at least one Pack member at all times. No questions asked. Inform them of who he is, as that will set them on high alert-" Lucifer cut him off with a menacing growl, "Or beat him to death like you ordered!" The Alpha turned to his son and considered his words. "Fine. You will not inform them of who he is but, everyone must be on high alert." Lucifer nodded and headed out of the room quickly.

The Alpha looked to Amber and asked, "What damage has been done?"

Amber sighed and began explaining Asher's predicament, "His ankles are bruised and swollen, his ribs are either broken or cracked, his collarbone is shattered, his jaw has been broken and healed the wrong way, and his right hand is shattered." The Alpha ran his hand through his thick chocolate brown hair.

"How long will it take for him to be... normal again?"

Amber grimaced at his words and spoke the words Asher didn't want to hear, "Never, sir."

The Alpha sighed and nodded and asked, "Will he be able to move? Will he be able to do anything?"

Amber smiled and said, "Of course, he just won't be the same after the damage. He will have to learn how to function a new way. But his mental health will never be the same, there will always be that wall he'll keep up to protect himself from more damage." The Alpha considered her words and nodded.

"Thank you, Amber."

Amber nodded and asked, "Speaking of thank you's, it would be a great help for you to help me with his jaw." The Alpha looked confused until she winked and he understood what he had to do.

When the Alpha and Amber walked up to his bed he knew something was up and he tried to move away but he hurt too much and cried out.

"Shh... it's alright..." Amber soothed as she and the Alpha got closer. Asher's crystal blue eyes filled with tears. Amber looked to the Alpha and nodded and the Alpha nodded back. He didn't take a second until he gripped Asher's jaw and twisted it and it broke. Asher screamed and tried to fight but he lost consciousness. The Alpha grimaced at the scream and looked to Amber, she looked at him with worry and began setting Asher's jaw back in place.

The Alpha walked away from the bed with his hand rubbing his stubble and sat down in a chair by the bed. He would be the first to watch the young, broken wolf. The heir of Arrow Pack.
