"What's with your face?"

I look at Mingjun and he is sneakily looking at me while driving.

"What do you mean?"

I look outside and appreaciate the nightlights. Bet the wind is cold outside, too bad I can't feel it.

"You look somewhat mad. Is it because Cai Xukun left with Bei?"

I sighed heavily before turning my gaze on him.

"I actually rejected him in sending me home."

"And why would you do that?"

I saw him crossed his eyebrows and felt him making a U-turn, he might be taking a different route than before.

"Well, you made me come to that party might as well take me home also right? It's your responsibility."

He laughs at my remarks and shakes his head as if what I said was nonsense.

"Or your starting to feel, you know, change of hearts."

"I'm not into girls now, damn you Mingjun."

He laughs hard and I rolled my eyes. What's wrong with this kid?

"That's not what I mean tho, Jonghyun is a good catch. We can see that he has some feelings towards you plus he stays with you almost all the time. He is named as National leader in our school, he can lead anything and he is good with what he is doing."

"What do you mean about national leader?"

He shrugs.

"Well, he got that from being the baseball team's captain. His potential has seen by lot of people around him so he got that tag. Plus his looks, that's unquestionable tho."

"Wow, I didn't know about it."

He stop the car and looks at me.

"Just like, you don't know a lot of things. We're here get off."

I turned around and look again outside, he's right we came home. I sighed before opening the car door.

"Are you going to sleep here?"

He nodded as he yawn. "Yep. Don't think I can drive home anymore, I'll sleep at the guest room don't worry." he added.

We are surprised when we enter the house and saw Lou Zibo standing at the first step of the stairs.

"Where are you guys came from?"

Zibo raised an eyebrow as he scans us.

"What the hell? I am older than you, you don't question your older brother's where abouts."

Zibo don't even look at Mingjun.

"I don't care about you, I am concern about Linong because if he's with you that probably be dangerous."

"Excuse me?"

I raised my hands to stop them both from starting a fight this early.

"Let's just sleep and talk about that later okay?"

"It is you, saying let's skip the interrogation right?"

Wow. Zibo is one hell of a bright kid.

I left them there since I am really sleepy, they can both manage themselves they are old enough to do things rather than fighting.

When I woke up in the morning mom is nowhere to be found. I saw Zibo watching cartoons and ask him about my mom.

"She said she's going to visit an old friend, didn't say exactly who."

I nodded and just decided to eat my brunch. I am still half sleep when Mingjun enter the kitchen.

"You're still here?"

He nodded and look for something, owh he is looking for water.

"You're going to school today?"

He asks and I just nodded. I am muching my food too lazy to go to school but I needed to since I am one of the top students I should be a good role model too.

"Ah. I am too lazy to go to school, are you okay in hiring a cab?"

I nodded again. "I've been doing that for quite sometime tho, no need to be bothered."

"I am impressed by you, how come you still have the energy to go to school?"

He said and starting to eat also. He really is comfortable in our house now. In our home. Tsk.

"Well, can't help it. Being a good student is in my system for years now."

"Tsk. You are too arrogant."

I just laugh and started to eat again, I sent a message to my friends asking if they are going to go to school and they all said yes. Well, I used to be dependent on them when going to school. We all did tho, for a moment in time we are influenced by our friends regarding everything specially schooling. Kekeke.

I fixed myself before booking a cab. I came to school too early and I was surprised to see Justin and Chengcheng who is in the room already.

"Wow, you came too early!"

Justin rolled his eyes, he seems really annoyed about something.

"Damn, don't remind me please. My mom sets the clock 2 hours in advance I panicked about being late which turned out I wasn't."

"Well, your mom is cool." I said as I sit down I pulled my phone from my pocket and started to browse something to read.

"You're reading a novel again, Cai will surely nag about it again."

"He won't. Especially if you won't tell tho."

He just rolled his eyes and started to concentrate in sleeping I just laugh a little at that poor sleepy head.

minutes later all my friends came and we are in world war 3 again because of Dinghao. Who said he'll stop teasing Xiao Gui? He didn't still. They are now fighting at the back and almost all of my classmates are watching them while laughing. Tsk fools.
