Chapter 19

Hey Guys! This one is a kinda short but I want to speed the story up a little bit.  That way I can get to a more current time setting for the story instead of it taking place in the past. I also want to try and post more often too! Enjoy the new chapter :)

Luke POV:

Lately I had been hanging out with Calum and Michael a lot more after school. I found out after playing video games that he wasn't as much of a dick like I thought. He also pretty much kicked my ass at video games so I'll win against him eventually. I was chilling in Lilly's room strumming a guitar until the guys got here. I know what you're thinking... Haven't you moved on yet? Let it go Luke? I have moved on, except her room is my escape from reality. Nothing bad can happen to me while I'm in here. I got broken out of my thought and back to reality when I heard the door bell ring. I picked up my guitar and closed the door to Lilly's room and walked down the stairs to open the door.

Luke: "Hey guys!"

Calum: "What's up man"

Luke: "Nothing much! Just waiting for you guys"

Michael: "Hey nice guitar man"

Luke: what was he talking about? Oh fuck! I forgot to put the guitar away before I came to answer the door. "oh thanks. It's not really mine... never mind" I don't want to get into this mess about my sister. To long of a story. "Let me go put this away and then we can hangout"

Michael: "What? Why? Let me see it." Luke handed me the guitar and I sat down on the couch and started strumming. "Can you sing luke?"

Luke: "ehh kinda but not super good"

Calum: "Come on man let's hear it"

Luke: Fuck it who cares really. "k just don't make fun of me"

Michael and Calum: "No promises"

Luke: " Great! Well here it goes" I started singing. Never really sang in front of anyone but Lilly and a camera so I probably sound like shit. I finished and the guys were just starting at me. "That bad haha"

Calum: "No Luke you can fucking sing!"

Michael: "Yeah that was so good! You should think about doing it as a career."

Luke: "okay let's not get carried away. I'm not going to do that" The thing is the guys didn't know I made a Youtube channel because I wanted to keep it on the low and just post for myself. It would be something Lilly would of wanted me to do. Plus it's a good distraction.

Michael: "At least make a Youtube channel or something?"

Luke: "haha very funny"

Calum: starred at me. "You have one already don't you" he said with a smirk

Luke: "what no? why would I do that" fuck I'm not that good at lying. I internally kicked my self

Michael: "We should make a band!"

Calum: "Now that's a good idea!"

Luke: "Now that's crazy talk!"

Michael: "Maybe... but it's not like we have anything better to do here in Australia. Come on we can start thinking of some names"

Calum: "Yeah luke come on! Let loose for once."

Luke: "Fine Fine Fine. Let's make a channel I guess. Do you guys even sing though?"

Calum: "I can sing decent and know how to play bass"

Michael: "Sing and guitar so we're good Luke. What are you worried about?"

Luke: "Nothing! You guys just jumped at the chance and it surprised me haha"

Michael: "you always have to jump at the opportunity"

Calum: "What about a band name?"

Michael: "leave that to me" he said with a smirk. "I got this"

Luke: "stop looking at us like that! It's creeping me out a little"

Calum: " yeah stop haha"

Michael: "Okay let's play video games. We can work on this later."

Calum and Luke: "Agreed"

Luke POV:

Well I'm now basically in a band with dumb and bumber. This is going to be a hot ass mess. We don't even really have a full band. We need a drummer. What band doesn't have a drummer? If anything I still have my channel. Besides this is just something fun to do to pass time.

Calum: "Luke you playing?"

Luke: "Yeah let's go!"

Michael: "get ready to eat dust motherfuckers"
