The sky turns dark
Just as ones heart
The lightning moves in
Just as bad thought creep
The winds push you back
Just as the fear of hurt holds you
The sun peaks through the sky
As she gave you false hope
The sun fills the skies
As you slide into the darkness of your world
The recesses of your mind playing tricks on you
Padded walls calling for you
Your strength lost
Your will crushed
Nothing worth living for
Tears running down your face
Nothing from anyone as they watch and wonder why
The mind is winning
The heart is withering
The body shutting down
Nothing fazes you anymore
The angry is gone
The hurt never stayed
All the lies washed away with the storm
Yet you cant move or carry on
What did I do so wrong
I dont deserve this
Yet here I am in the sess pool
Standing with nothing more than a drool
Stupid blank look on my face
Now knowing I'm never trusted
My body has become rusted
The aches to just move isnt worth it
I will just sit
The storms have passed

But in my world there's no light
