Rolo sits up, bruised and out of breath, only to be greeted by a feather duster.
"No one to protect you now, eh?!"
Rolo swats it away and stands.
On the other side of the room, Coran is having the time of his life. Shooting out plates at the mob counting them off as he goes, "One for you! Two for you! Three! Four! Five! Oh, you want plate as well good sir!? Well, here you go!"
Pidge looks down from the balcony of the stairway, heaving. She sees Coran having fun, "Good job, Coran!"
Some staff rush to Pidge's side, with mountains of books. She hurls on out at the villagers below striking one in the head. The servants and Pidge hurl more books out, "These are called books you third-rate musketeers!"
Three of Nyma's thugs spot Pidge and the others and start climbing the stairs. The staff scurries leaving Pidge alone to deal with the three men. She jumps off the balcony railing and is greeted by the thugs, "Ah, terribly sorry, pardon me, I'm just a clock!"
Suddenly, Allura leaps out and in front of Pidge, protecting her from the thugs. She wraps them up in ribbons and fabric, making dresses for the three, " Yes, that's it... put it on... pretty little boys!"
The fabric and ribbon tornado surrounding the three drops to the floor revealing the pretty pink and purple dresses on the men. Two of them look to each other and scream in horror before running out. The one left doesn't seem to mind the new looks and smiles up at Allura before bowing and delicately walking down the stairs like a princess.
Allura giggles, "Go! Be free! Be free! Be FREE!"
Hunk rushes past Pidge and Allura and hops off the balcony and onto the chandelier, "How do you take your tea?! Piping hot?! Or boiling?!"
As the chandelier turns he pours boiling hot water on the mob.
Suddenly Hunk slips and falls to the floor. Before he can hit the floor and shatter, Rolo saves him. Hunk looks up at his savior, "Oh! Thank you!"
Rolo nods and stands. Some villagers charge at him, angry that he saved an enemy. Rolo ducks and holds up Hunk who sprays boiling water in the villager's faces. One falls back and the other still doesn't give up. Rolo knocks the dude out with a punch to the face.
"Nicely handled!" Hunk says.
"Well, I used to be on Nyma's side, but we're in a bad place right now!"
"You're too good for her anyway..."
Rolo nods silently agreeing.
"Shall we get back to it, then?!"
The remaining unafraid villagers' corner Shiro. Allura stops chucking the remaining books, "Shiro!"
Shiro looks up at her, "Allura?!"
Allura is enraged, seeing her husband cornered, "I'm coming, my love! That's it! The fat lady is singing!"
She earns a chuckle from about every servant-turned-object in earshot as she belts out a deafening high note. Jumping down from the balcony, she sends villagers scattering. On the other side of the room, Matt is trailing around gunpowder to make a trail of firecrackers. Reaching the end he lights the trail shouting, "Watch your toes!"
The mob of villagers that invaded the castle flood out the front door in fear. Pidge and Matt sending them off.
"Bon voyage! Safe trip home!" Matt hoots, waving them off.
Pidge, winded from scurrying down the staircase adds, "And stay out!"
"Do you really think they will?" Hunk asks.
"Yeah, what's keeping them from coming back once they have their spirits up?" Coran asks.
Pidge turns to them, "Fear. I believe fear is what will keep them away."

Sorry that this is short and took forever. Luckily the next chapter should be up in the next few days. I also just transferred schools so I'm still getting used to everything. I also have homework and stuff so like this is on the back burner along with "Idol Love".
