What's Kraken? It's Emma, back with a Splatoon (2) Oneshots and Imagines book! I'm really excited to write for all you inklings and octolings out there, and I hope you enjoy my content! :D

Headcannons

I have some very specific headcannons that I will incorporate into my chapters.
If you don't read these, you might be confused later on.
1) I believe that the inklings and octolings can survive in/drink water, but only water that has special chemicals added in by the Inkopilis Government. To put it simply, my belief is that scientists that work for the Inkopilis Government add chemicals into their water supply so that inklings and octolings can do things like shower and drink water without harm. This explains a future oneshot revolving around an man-made beach. The beach was made by and inkling and octoling landscape team, and the scientists added the chemicals to make it safe. When it rains, and the water on maps are a different story. The water on maps is used as a hazard. Such as on Snapper Canal or Camp Triggerfish. Rain can actually harm inklings and octolings, so there are (regular) umbrella stands around Inkopilis Sqaure and Plaza.
2) I believe that domestic animals like dogs, cats, and hamsters are still around, just hard to find. Some Oneshots and Imagines will be formed around this headcannon. For example, in one of my chapters Goggles-Kun might get a pet cat :D
3) I believe that the S4 have now moved on to battling in Inkopilis Square. When Inkopilis Square was finally finished, the S4 decided to start battling there, and then became the X4 (because Rank X was released in an update for anyone who didn't know) Although, I will still refer to them as the S4. This is an important detail for any Octoling x S4 member Oneshot, because octolings can only be found in Inkopilis Square.
4) I believe that a very small number of humans are still around. Somewhere, someplace, on the new risen sea level Earth, humans still exist. Despite what Cuddlefish said in the Octo Expansion about them being extinct, I still believe very few exist. Soon, I will make a Oneshot that includes you being a human.

Types of oneshots I'll do

I do a load of different oneshots! It's really nice to read them, because they're pretty easy to write (easier than a story) but they can still be long! I do a number of different oneshot types, so here's a list!

-Classic fluff! The reader and lover get together in some cute, cheesy way.
-Dramatic fluff! The reader and lover go through something dramatic, and then get over it in some cute way.
-Dramatic! The reader and lover are in a dramatic situation
-Agnst! The reader and lover are in a sad/bad/slightly more dramatic situation
-Platonic! The reader and lover(s) have a platonic relationship. (For example, S4 x Reader. The reader is obviously not going to go out with all of the S4, so that's clear it's a platonic oneshot. I'll also state it :D )
-Steamy!😉 The reader and lover get in a...heated...situation..
-Angry! The reader and lover get in an argument/disagreement
-Jealous! The reader or lover get jealous of someone that hangs out with the other
-Agent! The reader is an agent
-Depressed! The reader or lover get depressed.
-Death. The Reader or lover dies/gets in a coma/gets badly hurt. If you request this, be sure to tell me if they live or not.
